96 Summer Speicla Musical Pretty Guardian (Bishojo Senshi) Sailor Moon StarsMusical100% Recommended!
I love this musical! It's one of the best ones I've ever seen! All the songs are very enjoyable to listen to over and over, especially "Sailor Busters", a cute song sung by the 5 main girls. This has a wide variety of music, from "Chasin' After You", a hard rock song by the Three Lights, to "Star Hunter", which might take a while to get used to, to "Lonely Distance", an emotional song by Usagi and Mamoru. It's amusing even if you don't understand Japanese. But if you do, you'll appreciate the jokes and puns. I can't rave on about this enough. I don't recommend it as an introduction musical. It has some very weird points that might turn you off to seeing the rest, but are definitely enjoyable. You should start with the first musical, "1993 Gaiden Dark Kingdom Fukkatsu Hen" and work your way up to this one.

98 Summer Special Musical Pretty Guardian (Bishojo Senshi) Sailor Moon Shin Densetsu KorinMusicalI Don't Recommend it
Definitely the worst Sailor Moon Musical I've ever seen and I've seen plenty. There's only one good song in the whole thing. The rest seems like the actors don't have their heart in it. Fumina Hara(The actress who plays Sailor Moon) can't even compare to her predecessor, Anza Ooyama. Anza actually puts feeling into whatever she's doing. Fumina seems like she doesn't even want to do it. The circus scenes are like the director said "Go out and make complete fools of yourselves." and the costumes were overdone. Plus, I felt like I saw some of the musical before because the script for some scenes were exactly the same as the musical before it, "Eien Densetsu Kaiteiban". I don't recommend buying(seeing) this musical. If you want a quality musical, get one of Anza's.

98 Winter Special Musica Pretty Guardian (Bishojo Senshi) Sailor Moon - Eien Densetsu [revised version]MusicalDon't hesitate to buy this!
This Sailor Moon Musical is wonderful. The singing and acting is so good, you can feel the emotions of the actors even just seeing it on a DVD. It is enjoyable to watch even if you don't understand Japanese. But if you do, you'll appreciate the deep storyline and hilarious puns. Part 1 is light and funny, but Part 2 gets very dark and serious. There is also a wide variety of genres of music in this, from the up-tempo, rock song by the Three Lights, "Chasin' After You", to the soft, operatic song by Princess Kakyuu, "Toki Michite Kourin". To top it all off, this musical stars the actress who, in my opinion, is the best actress to ever play Sailor Moon, Anza Ooyama. I have seen a lot of Sailor Moon Musicals, but this is the best one yet!
