Super Eurobeat Vol.151V.A.Slow Glows!
Infamous as one of the slowest Super Eurobeat albums in history, however it contains the best selection of Super Eurobeat songs that are destined to be classics, especially the latter part of the album. They are And don't let the horrible cover scare you away. The first part of the album is slow slow slow, reminiscent of the 80's disco style. However some gems include Go Go Girls' Raparapadance and Max Alto's Change the World. From track 13 onwards, it starts to speed up and gems appear. Starting from Maxx Ducati's Valentino Samurai to Lolita's Set Your Heart on Fire, all are personal favourites. Godly : 1) Van T.K. - Just Can't Get Enough 2) Nuage - Carry On Carry On (one of the better Nuage songs) 3) Melissa White & Ace - Poison of Love (truly romantic song) 4) Digital Planet - Fly Away (the best Digital Planet song) 5) Lolita - Set Your Heart on Fire Crap : 1) Dave Simon - Money 2) Mary Lane - Love Me Forever 3) Tam Arrow - Fire to the Eurobeat

Super Eurobeat Vol.161V.A.The Coming of Boom Boom Beat
A new number in the super eurobeat series as it ticks to 161, it removed a so-so Vibration label from its line-up and introduces the fan favourites Saifam's Boom Boom Beat label. Saifam's songs are aggresive, fast and catchy, catchy being the buzzword. The album list started with Boom Boom Beat's Hi Hi Mazinga which kicks off the album to a good start. Overall the album is above average, with memorable songs from reliable artists but nothing exceptional like album from 141, 145, 147, 151, 153 and 158. Godly : 1) Milk & Coffea - Yellow Butterfly (catchier than flu. Hear it once and it never exits your brain) 2) Melissa White - My Wish (cool R&B style intro singing) 3) Manuel - On My Wings (cool cool ballad) 4) Norma Sheffield - Love Collision (slow but melodic song) Crap : 1) Dave Rodgers - Space Invader (derivative) 2) Kasanova - Hug Me (another generic song) 3) Bazooka Girl - Money Funny Dollars (compare this to Velfarre 2000 and weep)
