Circle [Regular Edition]Kaela KimuraKaela is Kaela
Kaela is my favourite J-Rock singer. And album after album she makes me convinced that she is not a simple idol. She is a singer and a writer with something concrete to express. She has on her side her fresh beauty, her nice behaviour and that way of singing that make me like almost everything she composes. Have a listening to this, it is worth it.

Scratch [Regular Edition]Kaela KimuraNice work!
Kaela is my favourite J-Rock singer. And album after album she makes me convinced that she is not a simple idol. She is a singer and a writer with many things to express. She is beautiful, and has a nice behaviour. She also possesses that way of singing that makes me like almost every song she plays. Take a deep listening, it is worth it for sure!

Duo U&UW (Double You)Funny
It is a really nice and funny CD. I do not understand everything in japanese, but it can be understood how happy were the two nice singers when they were recording it! :) Have a listen at this album, it surely deserves it, it is worth the price!

2nd W (Double You)W (Double You)Another funny one!
It is a really nice and funny CD. I do not understand everything in japanese, but it can be understood how happy were the two nice singers when they were recording it! :) This is the second and last album of the U & U Duo, but it should stay in every J-Pop fan! :)

BoA COMPLETE CLIPS 2004-2006BoAGood job - at least more extras
Good job but I'd rather prefer a full featured DVD with extras and subtitles for foreigners. By the way it is a good job, with only a slight low-contrast in the video quality.

The Best Damn Thing -Special Edition- [CD+DVD] [Limited Pressing]Avril LavigneHUGE!!!
I have to express my vote for this new work of this beautiful girl, not because of her songwriting - this time much more repetitive than before - but surely for the HUGE amount of stuff loaded in, which is not present in the European version which I already own. This Japanese version is as big as a whatever Best of... of anybody who's on the scene since at least two decades! What can we expect from Avril's "Supercharged Mega Ultra Hyper Best of" in ten (less???) years from now? :) The price is worth it, for sure!

Snowdome [w/ DVD, Limited Edition]Kaela KimuraFreshness
Being Kaela my favourite J-Rock singer, I have to say that this single of the already lovable Snowdome excerpt from Scratch album is enriched with two videos taken from Live Tour 2006 performances. A good work, for a fan like me! :)

LIVE Scratch - Agatte Masutteba Tour @ Budokan Sta MenKaela KimuraWhat if you...
... are ill, with fever and a very bad mood, and the postman carries right for you the Budokan concert of the funny and nice Small Princess of J-Rock, Kaela Kimura? And you have all the time needed for the full vision of it, heart-beating with her jumps, and with the happiness she brings! The atmosphere is warm, the music is fantastic. A pleasure to see and to listen. Only a slight lack of sharpness in video quality, probably due to NTSC-to-PAL conversion on my big 46" Sharp LCD screen. Nice, but very short, backstage footage of the concert. A big effort from Columbia for Kaela's worldwide fans is to include in future DVD's the english subtitles for the extra footage, which are not present here. However it is a very RECOMMENDED title to enjoy with!

SamanthaKaela KimuraAnother good target reached.
This is a damn good single. You can also have a taste of it in the new DVD Scratch Live in Budokan. Sounds are fresh, and Kae-chan is always a good performer. Nice, nice, nice! A bit "underage" water-transfer tattoo is in the package, but the graphics is good enough to enjoy it per se.

YellowKAELA KIMURAGood job Kae-chan!
Another nice work from my best beloved J-Rock singer! I'd like to see a more good distribution of her works worldwide, mainly in Europe! Kaela deserves it! Enjoy this single!

Narkissos [Regular Edition]Sadistic Mikaela BandWho says vintage pop-rock has died???
I have heard of Sadistic Mika Band firstly with this new album, featuring my best beloved J-Rock singer, Kaela Kimura. I think that despite a good handful of Brit-USA-pop-rock influences, the old-stylish band can respectfully rearrange the full mix of electro-pop-rock and give their audience a nice, long-life and modern album, dense of citations but in the meantime with that "japanese way of reinvent" that makes most of present days' J-Pop and J-Rock new and full of joy. A remarkable piece of work, which deserves several listenings, spacing from pop to half-progressive tracks which may satisfy a large variety of tastes.

KAELA [Regular Edition]Kaela KimuraJoyful J-pop album
I was wondering why for the last year I was so attracted by Kaela Kimura's tunes. Now that i have purchased her three albums, I can have an answer: she's really a GOOD and well TALENTED singer. This album is also joyful, filled with happy music, which can make you feel nice, laughing with nice Kaela's voice and mood. I have some difficulties with Japanese, but I think that music is the right way to make the whole thing understandable. Enjoy this happy CD!
