Crisis Core Final Fantasy VII Original SoundtrackGame MusicCrisis Core OST
Final Fantasy VII is my fave game of the entire series and its sequels or prequels (like this one) appeal to me as well. The same goes for the soundtracks. They all fit the atmosphere of each and every scene perfectly and are enjoyable even when you're not playing the game. The soundtrack for Crisis Core is no exception. A must-have for any fan.

Arashi 5 Dome Tour Photo Book - Arashi is Alive! [BOOK+CD]ArashiRe(mark)able
This photo book is certainly a must-have for any Arashi fan. With its wonderful pictures and the interviews it makes an awesome documentary of their latest live tour. Not to forget the bonus CD which features the new song 'Re(mark)able', a catchy track one cannot miss.

K-POP Super Live in Saitama Super ArenaV.A.K-POP Super Live
I found this DVD by chance and wasted no time in purchasing it as it features two of my fave korean bands, Super Junior and Shinhwa. While the live show itself might not be that spectacular for some people's taste, the performances are truely awesome. Not to forget the backstage footage which is very interesting to watch.

Yukan Club DVD BoxJapanese TV SeriesYukan Club
I enjoyed the drama adaption of the manga a lot thus it was only natural to buy the DVD box once it's released. Not much to say about the individual episodes as I've watched them already (and loved them as already mentioned). The bonus DVD contains lots of extra footage like backstage material, the first press conference and interviews. Very interesting for any fan might be the first press edition (which is sold out already) which came with an extra box and contained a puzzle, a keychain and stickers.

usKinKi Kidsus re-release
The second DVD present for KinKi Kids' 10th anniversary is the release of 'us', just like '3 Days Panic!' it has only been released on VHS before and now it's finally available on DVD. This DVD includes a great number of performances from various of their concerts in 1997 and 1998 along with commentary and backstage clips. Very entertaining and interesting to watch.

a-nation'07 Best Hit Live [w/ T-shirt, Limited Edition]V.A.a-nation '07
a-nation is always an amazing experience and the DVDs manage to catch a great part of that special atmosphere. The only thing which can count as a negative point is that, dued to the number of artists, the number of performances is limited. But the backstage material does make up for it. Not the mention the beautiful shirt included in this version.

Attack All Around [CD+DVD / Jacket B]AAABest of AAA
While I always enjoyed most of AAA's singles, I never bought any of them. Thus, this release is the best thing that could happen to me. Not only does it contain all A sides but also all related music videos plus two bonus tracks for the ultimate AAA experience. I can only recommend this one!

Asian Biggest Live with Koichi Birthday & Countdown KinKi Kids 3days Panic! At Tokyo Dome '98-'99KinKi Kids3 Days Panic! re-release
Of all presents KinKi Kids gave their fans for the 10th anniversary, this DVD is one of my faves. While I own the original VHS release, I've always been dreaming of a re-release and this wish finally came true. While the DVD itself is pretty simple compared to the original release (which came as normal and limited edition, both with stickers and the limited with an additional photobook), it's still worth it for the breathtaking performances and the awesome stage.

T [2CD+2DVD / Jacket A]Dong Bang Shin Ki (Tohoshinki)T
Whether its Tohoshinki's korean or japanese releases, I simply love all of them and 'T' is no exception. In fact, I seem to love the guys even more after enjoying this album. While the two CDs contain all the latest A sides plus new tracks (out of which only 'Last Angel' sounded strange, mainly because I'm too used to the version with Koda Kumi), the two DVDs contain music videos and concert clips. Especially the concert DVD is a must-have for any fan. Not only does it contain performances of 'Soul Power Tokyo Summit' and 'Premium Mini Live @ Yokohama Blitz', it also has a special edition of their 2nd tour 'Five in the Black' which really makes you want to buy the DVD if you haven't already.

Node of ScherzoNode of ScherzoNode of Scherzo
This song truely holds anything I could imagine upon first hearing of the theatrical rock show concept. Though I bought the single mainly because of Juka, the voices of Kamijo and Kaya add their part to make this song an amazing experience. Though, for me, the single has two weak points. For once the booklet which contains only a few pictures (more would've been nice). And, second, I would've loved to see at least an instrumental version of the song.

Morning Musume ALL SINGLES COMPLETE - 10th ANNIVERSARY [Regular Edition]Morning MusumeAwesome Collection
I've enjoyed most of Morning Musume's single releases so far however, I could never decide whether to buy one of their albums or not as I don't consider myself a hardcore fan. So, this release is the perfect solution. It contains all a-sides from the singles, starting with 'Morning Coffee' and ending with 'Onna ni Sachi Are', making it a must-have for any J-Pop collection and the right choice for anyone who's mainly interested in their single releases.

Phi [Regular Edition]KinKi Kidslove in Phi
I'd been hoping that KinKi Kids will release a new album for their tenth anniversary aside from '39' and us fans were indeed granted with one. While I've first been irritated as 'Phi' doesn't follow the usual album titles (which go by alphabet) but upon listening to it, I can understand why. I've always enjoyed KinKi Kids' music but 'Phi' has some songs which offer a style which is both, refreshing and addictive. 'Lose Control' might be the best example for that. I can only recommened this album to anyone.

10th Anniversary Mega Best [CD+DVD]m.o.v.eMega Best indeed
After enjoying m.o.v.e in concert, this release was on the top of my wishlist. It contains their most popular songs on CD 1, amazing remixes on CD 2 and all PVs on the DVD... simply anything a fan of their music needs! I can only recommend this one.

Ayumi Hamasaki [Calendar 2008 (Try-X Ltd.)]Ayumi HamasakiAyu 2008
I've always loved Ayu's calendars and this one is no exception. The cover was awesome already and the remaining six calendar pages are just as good, making it a must-have for any Ayu fan.

Ai am Best [Limited Pressing]Ai OtsukaAi at her Best
Actually I wouldn't call myself a fan of Otsuka Ai but after enjoying her last single 'Peach/Heart' so much I decided it was time to listen to more of her songs. And for that purpose the priced-down edition of her best of album was the best choice. Anyone who likes good J-Pop will most likely enjoy this album as much as I did. A great mixture between ballads and upbest songs which is very nice to listen to. All in all, I can only recommened this album to anyone!

Ruined kingdomHIZAKI grace projectRuined kingdom
While I absolutely love all of the songs by HIZAKI grace project, I'm not that happy about this album. The main reason is that it only includes three new songs ('Ruined kingdom', 'Dark Passage' and 'Distorted thought') while the remaining seven songs are live recordings of songs which were already featured on 'Dignity of crest'. And those who have the 'Monsho' DVD know the live versions already. The new songs and the live versions are awesome, no doubt there, but I would've preferred a single release of the new songs instead. Nevertheless, a must have item for any true fan.

momo-i quality Best of momoi [Shipping Within Japan Only]Haruko Momoimomo-i quality
Being quite new to Momoi's works, I was looking for a CD which could present me with songs of her typical music style. And this album was just the right choice. It contains songs which are simply typical for her from style and lyrics, all of them addicting in their own way. Out of all songs, I especially enjoyed 'Akihabara Love', mainly for its happy upbeat melody. I can only recommened this CD for any Momoi newbie and, of course, for all her fans.

39 [w/ DVD, Limited Edition]KinKi Kids39 (limited)
There cannot be a better release to celebrate KinKi Kids' 10th anniversary than this one. After all, this compilation doesn't consist of the single releases but instead of the fave songs by us fans, Koichi and Tsuyoshi. What makes me even more happy is that all songs I voted for are included either under the fan faves or under Koichi's faves. This release consists of four discs. The first being 'Your Favorite', the top 10 of the fans, including the new song 'Music of Life' (which is a more than wonderful song). Next are 'Koichi's Favorite' and 'Tsuyoshi's Favorite' both consisting of 14 songs. The forth disc is a DVD featuring the fan top 10 songs performed live along with commercials for all releases so far. Moreover this version includes a special booklet which contains more pictures and pages than the regular edition. Highly recommened!

Haruko Momoi Cover Best Cover Densha [Shipping Within Japan Only]Haruko MomoiMomo-i Cover Train
Momoi's latest album release is, as the name already endicates, full of covers. Starting with 'Yume no Naka e' from Kare Kano over 'TOUGH BOY' from Hokotu no Ken to the classic 'VIDEO KILLED THE RADIO STAR', all recorded in a new refreshing style. I can only recommened this album.
