This is an excellent release from Ayu, I love remixes for alterna, heaven, about you and walking proud the most. So far the remixes on this are betterthan on her other remix albums. I plan to buy the gold version next!

Rebirth [Limited Release]GacktGACKT ROCKS!
I bought this album mainly for the songs Seki-rei and Secret Garden but everything on this here is excellent. This is the only SACD hybrid I own and I have to say it rocks! Thanks for the freebees! It seems like I'm going to like anything by Gackt so I'm sure this review is somewhat biased, however, don't waste anymore time buying his albums. Try to get your hands on his remaining SACD hybrids. Trust me, you won't regret it!

Magnya Carta [CD+DVD]An Cafe (Antic Cafe)KYOOT^-^
This is the seccond An Cafe album I bought and I'm a bit surprised by it. This isn't at all like their latest release. However this is still one of the coolest cds ever! I'm now a serious fan and am totally addicted to the songs Mapple Gunman and Snow Scene. It's too bad their first album is out of print...I had to spend extra money to get this because even their regular edition is out of print. I can't watch the DVD at all...

Heart StationHikaru UtadaI Luv Hiki
I luv Hiki so I'm going to like anything she does. I didn't think this album was as good as her Deep River album, which is my favorite from her, but this is still one of her best. Everything has a very sentimental feel to it and Hiki's vocals are lovely. It's a classic. Songs to look out for are Prisoner Of Love, Kiss Or Cry, Beutiful World, Stay Gold and Boku Wa Kuma. I'm also am grateful she put the upbeat version of Flavor of Life, which I like better than the ballad version, on here as a bonus track. GET THIS! You won't regret it.

Mirrorcle World [Jacket D]Ayumi HamasakiAnother Great Single
I Loved the introduction on her album "Guilty" and I love the full-length version even more! "Mirrorcle World" has very quickly become one of my all time favorite songs from Ayu. Both the music and the lyrics are really different from anything she's done before. The B-sides are also really great making this an awesome single. It's a must have for fans of Ayumi Hamasaki and generally fans of J-pop.

OLIVIA inspi' REIRA (TRAPNEST) [w/ DVD, Limited Release]OLIVIA inspi' REIRA (TRAPNEST)For Reira Fans Only
This was a pretty good album from Olivia Lufkin. Much better than her mini album " The Cloudy Dreamer", I think. There are a good number of classics on here like the beautiful ballads " Winter Sleep", " Recorded Butterflies" and " Starless Nights". It Still isn't as awesome as her last two albums " The Lost Lolli" and " Synchronicity" but if your craving more from this artist then this won't dissapoint. HOWEVER! This is not really for Tsuchiya fans. The vibe of this album is pure pop and doesn't have any of the punk attitude that the " inspi Nana" album has.

Gokutama Rock CafeAn Cafe (Antic Cafe)A Very Happy Album
So far this is my first An Cafe album and I have to say, I'm not at all dissapointed. I was introduced to the band when a friend of mine gave me the PV for Kakusei Heroism, which is my favorite song on this album. The music is kind of hyper in it's pacing and the whole album has an overall happy vibe. Everything is incredibly easy to listen to and I love Miku's voice( Not to mention his wardrobe. I want everything he wears! So Kyoot ^-^)This is a must have for any fan of Good J-Rock. So don't waste any more time in getting it.

MAyumi HamasakiAyu's Best Ballad
I bought this single for the Smoker's And Neurotic Eye's Remixes of M. There isn't one track on this single that isn't good. If your just starting your Ayumi collection this is a great item to start out with. The actuall bllad M. is probably Ayu's best ballad ever while alot of the remixes can introduce you to some of her Remix Album styles. Even the remixes for Seasons and Far Away were good. If your intrested in buying an item that could introduce you to one of Japan's greatest singers then pick this single up!

MOONGacktGET GACKT!
I think GET GACKT is a very acurate way to describe this album! I only ever heard the song Wasurenaikara before so I was surprised with the content on this album. Unless your already familiar with Gackt I wouldn't try to make the transition of oh, i dunno, say Mars to this album. However this is definately his BEST album. If your looking for more great work from Gackt then don't be afraid to pick this album up.

The Cloudy DreamerOLIVIAA Noticable Return
I only rated this mini album a 4 because of the obvious lack of rock in it. I knew that this album wouldn't be like her previous ones because of the realse of songs like Wish and Dream Catcher, which are sung in a very mainstreamed style. The Cloudy Dreamer is a great album none the less and is the first release from Olivia in a while. It doesn't really seem to matter what Olivia sings, whether it's pop or rock, she has such a great voice either way. The other thing that's great about this mini album is the actuall quality of sound. Ususally on J-pop albums I have to turn the volume up a notch or two when switching from an American label album. But this has a quality that sounds like I could have picked it up off the self right here.(Kudos to the editing crew!) Songs to look out for on this mini album are: If You Only Knew Stars Shinning Out Cut Me Free a little pain

GUILTY [Jacket B]Ayumi HamasakiTop Notch Album
So this is my review after I've actually sat down and listened to the album. I was surprised to find that there were three intsrumentals on this album instead of two, so there are actually only 12 songs on Guilty. Although I didn't think Guilty totally lived up to the master piece Secret, it is one of Ayu's better albums so far. Songs like (Don't)Leave Me Alone, Talkin 2 Myself and Decision I can listen to for hours on end. But It's really songs like the introduction Mirror, the classical love ballad Together When...? and the poppsy Marionette and My All that make the album great. It was nice to see Ayu breaking away from some of her older styles and usuing new ones. Ayumi Hamasaki is awesome in everything she does. I'm rarely ever disapointed. Guilty has been a constant companion to my CD Player since it arrived in the mail and the adorable little photo book that came with it was a nice gift too.

GUILTY [Jacket B]Ayumi HamasakiCan't Wait
This looks like it's going to be another great release from Ayu. I've seen the PVs for songs like Talkin 2 Myself and Decision and so far I like what I see. I'm hoping this album will be better than or at least as good as Secret. I Can't wait until I get this in the mail!

synchronicityOLIVIAJ-Rock at it's best!
Although I bought this album at another site, because Cd Japan was all out, I wanted to write in and encourage others to somehow get their hands on this album too. This is the best album from Olivia Lufkin that's been released so far. The wide variety of songs on here really show Olivia's talent and the lyrics, as always, are really unique and entertaining. Songs to look out for on this album are Solar Halfbreed, Escape The Flames, Color Of Your Spoon, Liquid Skies, React, I.L.Y. Desire, and my all time favorite song on this album Dress Me Up. However, I was Really dissapointed in the english version of Dress Me Up. The arrangments seemed just a little off and the vocals wern't as good. Although It's still an excelent song I wish it had been kept in it's original Japanese format. I thought it was much more beautiful in Japanese. But don't let that stop you from trying to get your hands on this album. It's probably one of the best J-Rock albums ever made!

The Lost LolliOLIVIAOlivia at her best!
Although I bought this album at another site, because Cd Japan was all out, I wanted to write in and encourage other people to find a way to get their hands on this album too. The Lost Lolli is an excellent release from Olivia Lufkin and she really puts alot of effort into each song. The fact that Olivia has one of the most beautiful voices in Japan only makes everything better. Songs to look out for on this album are Sea Me, Alone In Our Castle, Space Halo, Celestial Delinquent and Into the Stars. The only dissapointment on this album, as it was on her first album, was that the english versions to my favorite songs, Sea Me and Into the Stars, were not as good as the Japanese versions. Although I own the Pvs of the Japanese versions It's not an Audo DVD so the only way I can hear them is when I have time to sit down at home and watch them. However, this album is still worth every penny you spend on it. A must have and one of my favorite J-Rock albums ever!

MY STORYAyumi HamasakiThis IS The best Ayumi Hamasaki Album
Despite how amazing the album Secret obviously is this is still my favorite album by Ayumi Hamasaki. There isn't a single song on this album not worth listening to and I never get tired of hearing the songs Inspire, About You, Walking Proud, Moments and Humming 7/4. Alot of the songs on here seemed to have inspired the music styles for the songs on Secret. I would seriously pick this album up before investing your money on some of her older albums like I Am or RAINBOW. And although it may be a little less glamoruos than Secret the lyrics are better and the rock songs are grittier. if you don't already own this album then GET IT!

(miss)understoodAyumi HamasakiAbout (miss) Understood
You know, I've been a devoted Ayu fan for some time, but this album was only okay for me. There were some songs on it that I really couldn't have lived without(Heaven, Pride and Rainy Day) but other than that most of the other songs didn't interest me that much. Songs like is this LOVE? and Fairyland seemed to have music that was used, or taken off of previous songs that she'd sung in the past.( is this Love? sounded a bit like Because Of You and Fairyland had a chorus that was very similer to Angel's Song)There were some other songs on here like Alterna And Bold And Delicious that were for diehard fans but, for me, they just got old really fast. The only reason I ever Listen to this cd is if I want to hear Heaven, Pride or Rainy Day. (miss)understood isn't really all as bad as I'm making it sound, but for a longterm fan like me it was a bit dissapointing, especially after her fantastic album My Story. If your just starting out with your Ayu collection then this cd may not seem so bad for you and compared to some other J-Pop cds I've heard this isn't a Terrible cd at all by any standards. However if your looking for something HUGE you'd be better off to try Secret or My Story.

Secret [Jacket B]Ayumi HamasakiWhat a great album!
There isn't much about this album that hasn't been said before, but I just wanted to encourage others to buy it. Ayu really put her all into every single song on this album and it really shows. Her vocals were better on songs like Born To Be, Blue Bird and Jewel than on alot of her songs in the past and everything was well balanced out. Even the booklet was superior to others and portreyed Ayu as the beautiful diva she is-A much improved success to the pictures in the (miss)understood booklet which were fuzzy and blurred. Honostly, if you havn't got this album by now then you should get it. Secret is worth every penny you spend on it!

MiserableGacktBest J-Pop mini album ever!
I originally bought this mini album for the song Miserable, but really, all the songs on here are good. This is the perfect album to start your Gackt collection with. I can listen to the songs on this for hours on end.
-
MARSGacktThe BEST Gackt Album EVER!
This is the best album from Gackt hands down and has all my favorite songs on it including: Oasis, Vanilla, Mirror and Asrun Dream. If you don't have this album already then there's really no time like the present to buy it. No, seriously, pick this album up.

a little painOLIVIA inspi' REIRA (TRAPNEST)More Great Songs From Olivia
This is another really great ballad from Olivia Lufkin and definately one of her best.Being more of a fan of her hard core rock songs like the ones on the albums The Lost Lolli and Synchronosity this is the only song from the Nana anime series that I actually liked. The other songs on this single were equally good. I'm looking forward to a new full length album from Olivia that will feature some ballads like this and more songs that have a harder punk rock sound to them.
