M's Memorial CD Box "Complete Best Box" [Limited Pressing]M'sLove Muse, hate the packaging
The box itself is gorgeous but highly impractical. It took a *lot* of gentle but forceful maneuvering to get it open and unless you want to put a *lot* of wear and tear on it I don't suggest you do so often. I expected the CDs to be stacked inside and for this to be not much bigger than a CD spindle, but the CDs are standing up inside wasting a ton of space and making the packaging *much* bigger than was necessary. I'd take a point off for putting Nico next to the seam on the rear which isn't lined up really well and makes displaying my best girl distracting, but I love all of Muse so I won't.

Wave [w/ DVD, Limited Edition]YUKIFANTASTIC!
This is a fantastic album. I originally had only heard the first track, Nagai Yume, but liked it so much I decided to buy the album. It was not money wasted. This is an *amazing* album. There isn't a single mediocre track. Favorites include the aforementioned Nagai Yume, Hadaka no taiyo, Hey! You! and You've got a friend. This is definitely an album with which I would introduce non-listeners to Japanese Rock Pop.

7.5 Fuyu Fuyu Morning Musume. Mini! [w/ DVD, Limited Edition]Morning MusumeGreat fun from Momusu!
Wow! I was really blown away by this mini album upon first listen. All the songs are poppy and energetic and easily lead you into the spirit of the season, yet somehow managing to be songs you could listen to all year round! Don't pass this one up if you're a fan!

7 seven [Regular Edition]Nanase AikawaNanase shines again
While not as hard rocking as FoxTrot or Purina, this is still one of her best albums. There is no possible way to go wrong with a Nanase Aikawa album. The girl's got extreme talent and it shows.

FOXTROTNanase AikawaNanase Rocks!
Nanase has a hard rocking voice and attitude that make her albums some of the best in jpop/rock. You CANNOT go wrong with this album. If you're looking for great japanese rock and roll you've found it with Nanase. If it was possible I'd give this album more than five stars, it's that good.

PuranaNanase AikawaThe Best Nanase Album to date
This is my personal favorite of Nanase's albums. It contains some of her BEST rock tracks including Seven Seas, Midnight Blue, No Future and ~dandelion~. Do NOT pass this album up, you won't regret it!

WINK VISUAL MEMORIES 1988-1996WINKGreat 80s Jpop fun
Honestly I'd only had a passing association with Wink from a video someone threw on a VHS fansub I had years ago. Still it made an impression so years later when I had some $$ I hunted Wink down and came across this DVD collection. This is 80s Jpop at it's cheesiest and best. The videos are full of strange and cliche camera effects, but the music is what shines here. Favorite selections: Kitto Atsui Kuchibiru ~Remain~, Manatsu no Tremelo, Haitoku no Scenario, and Samishii Nettaigyo.

SINGLES on Digital Video Disc [Regular Edition]BUCK-TICKAmazing!
The best purchase I've made all year. An amazing collection of PVs from Buck-Tick's 20+ year career. This only served to make me a bigger fan than I already was. You will be hard pressed to find a band that rocks harder or better than Buck-Tick.

Rainbow 7 [Limited Edition]Morning MusumeGreat upbeat and fun album!
A really fun and fantastic album on par with No. 5 and Ikkimashoi! The songs are all for the most part really energetic. The album opens strong with "How do you like Japan" and finishes strong with "Joshi Kashimashi Monogatari 3". Personally I find the Chokan2 remix a total blast to drive down the road with the volume up high. Great beats and high energy, what more could you ask for?
