Hello, HelloMaaya SakamotoCute, wholesome single
A very nice listen. "Hello, Hello" is an uplifting, wholesome track, while "Tsuki no hanashi" presents a more emotional, beautiful song

"Fate/Grand Order" Part 2 Theme Song: Gyakko (MAAYA Ban)Maaya SakamotoGoing back to her anisong roots
While Maaya Sakamoto's recent works have gone to a more serious tone, this single sounds a lot like the old Maaya Sakamoto we all know and love. A very exciting and emotional track that reminds me of "Buddy", which instrumental was produced by School food punishment. One of my favorite Maaya Sakamoto releases on recent memory. Very recommended

Nendoroid In This Corner of the World SuzuSo cute~
As a fan of "In This Corner of the World" this had to be in my figure collection. A cute and faithful representation of Suzu-chan, pencil and drawing book included. Top-notch quality as expected from GSC! Highly recommended if you can find it on proxy shipping

Maaya Sakamoto x Hobo Nichi Techo (Diary) 2019 weeksMaaya SakamotoI love this planner
The Hobonichi Techo Weeks is an amazing planner, very versatile and pretty. I'd dare to say it's the best one I've ever used. This particular version has the added bonus of a cover chosen by Maaya Sakamoto and some pages dedicated to her, other than that it is not too different from a standard Hobonichi Techo Weeks. This is an old edition but I recommend buying the current year one. Hobonichi and Maaya have been collaborating since 2018 and still going as of 2024

Clear Cover (for Hobo Nichi Techo Diary)HobonichiSimple and clean
Not much to say about this cover. It's all clear so there's not much going on on therms of design but it will keep your Hobonichi protecte. It fits the notebook tightly so it looks nice even with the cover on. Only complaint is that if you're not careful these tend to get sticky on the inside, so you gotta clean them from time to time. Overall recommended

"BEM (Anime)" Intro Theme Song: Uchu no KiokuMaaya SakamotoAmazing single
I never thought I would see Maaya Sakamoto and Shiina Ringo working together but it happened, and it was awesome. One of the best Maaya Sakamoto singles, at least in recent memory. Love the big-band-jazzy feel of it. Very recommended, 5/5

Kyo Dake no Ongaku [w/ Blu-ray, Limited Edition]Maaya SakamotoSakamoto Maaya's best album to date IMO
An amazing album with great tracks and a perfect progression between them. You can feel Maaya's evolution as an artist manifesting on a sublime album. It is my favorite album from her by a wide margin, very recommended

Single Collection+ Achikochi [w/ Blu-ray, Limited Edition]Maaya SakamotoA must-buy from Maaya Sakamoto
Maaya Sakamoto's singles are great. Not all of them make it into albums, and the same is true for pretty much all b-sides. This is a very nice compilation of all of those tracks that you could easily miss. Most of them are amazing. Highly recommended.

Maaya going full anisong with this single. Has an epic feeling, very exciting. The whole single is a great listen. Maaya's version and Fate's verion are just a bit different, but I hat to get both, mostly because this one came with a Blu-ray disk with live tracks, which is very much worth it

DuetsMaaya SakamotoConcept albums are nice
A good addition to Maaya Sakamoto's line of concept albums, which are among the best in her discography. This one's concept, Duets with guests artists. The style is nice and relaxed and the new tracks are great to listen to. Good listen

Hitokuchi Ikaga? / Hitotsu Yane no Shita [Limited Release]
Maaya SakamotoHitokuchi Ikaga? / Hitotsu Yane no Shita [Limited Release]Maaya SakamotoNice addition to my collectionHitokuchi Ikaga is one of my favorite tracks in Maaya Sakamoto's "Duets!", and it's really cool to have it on vinyl 7-inch format. Not sure why all of the sudden Maaya decided to release singles in this format but as a Vinyl collector it was a very pleasant surprise. The sleeve is nothing special, with the same cover as "Duets!", though

Vol.1 [Querencia LP Limited Edition] [Import Disc]
Chung HaVol.1 [Querencia LP Limited Edition] [Import Disc]Chung HaA very nice physical editionThis is by far my favorite K-POP vinyl release up-to-date, as it is the closest to a regular K-Pop release filled with posters and other goodies. The album itself is not Chung Ha's best release, but as a collectible it's very nice to have

Variety (2021 Vinyl Edition) [Limited Release]Mariya TakeuchiPlastic Love on Vinyl!
Other than the single with updated cover, this is another great way to get Plastic Love on retro vinyl format. This edition of the album is an exact copy of the original version released in the 80s, with very minimum changes to the jacket. The album itself is a nice listen and I'd recommend it for all city-pop lovers out there

"Deaimon (Anime)" Intro Theme / "Ascendance of a Bookworm (Honzuki no Gekokujo) (Anime)" Season 3 Outro Theme: Sumire / Kotoba ni Dekinai [w/ Blu-ray, Limited Edition]Maaya SakamotoA lovely single
"Sumire" is just beautiful. One of my favorite recent releases from Maaya Sakamoto, and "Kotoba ni dekinai" is a great compliment. Overall, very solid single

"Hikari no O (The Firecatcher Lord) (Anime)" Outro Theme / "REVENGER (Anime)" Outro Theme: Mada Toku ni Iru / un_mute [Limited Edition]Maaya SakamotoGood single from Maaya Sakamoto
Pretty solid single, more on Maaya's anisong side of things, but not among her best in my opinion. 4 stars for "Konna hi kuru nante", my favorite track on this single

In This Corner of the World (Kono Sekai no Katasumi ni) [Limited Release]AnimationA beautiful edition of an amazing film
"In this corner of the world" is one of my favorite movies of all time. The movie on itself is, in my opinion, a must watch, and this physical version is a true must-have for fans. The art in the case is fantastic and the included art book gives a very good insight on the development of the movie. I'm very happy with this purchase and looking forward to buy "In this Corner (And Other Corners) of The World".
