A man starts an affair with a single mother and starts to feel like her son has it out for him.. or is it all in his head? The film plays like a Japanese The Innocents where there are two possible interpretations for what happens and it is left to the viewer to decide which is the answer: is the kid really creepy, or is it all the manifestation of the man's own creepy child past?

I don't know what I was expecting going in, but these films turned out to be more engaging than the descriptions make them sound. I'm not a fan of Italian neorealism, so I was skeptical starting out since these have been compared to that film movement; however, there is a warmth to these that I find lacking in the Italian. Shimizu doesn't shy away from bad things happening, he just levies everything better with a rhythm that evokes the yin-yang of childhood happiness and sadness that is ultimately optimistic about life unlike the Italian counterparts. I would consider these to be a historical cornerstone of the modern Slice of Life genre as well as a high-point in it.

These Nagaoka anti-static inner sleeves are a game-changer for any serious CD collector. The second album from The Manics from Wales, presented in a beautiful two-CD book. CD 2 includes demos and plenty of bonus material. Given the fantastic book, it's definitely recommended.

It's very fitting to re-release this 2-CD album now, while the brothers are performing together again. It's wonderfully packaged in a 7-inch release, and you can buy it there for 27 tracks. Fantastic.

Gary Moore's top album, with heavy rock numbers, ballads, and of course, the blues. Beautifully presented on a Blu-ray disc, a worthwhile purchase.

I really like the entire storyline of the abandoned timelines being visited and also the story of the Hosokawa-ke. Really good choices were made in the castings of the historical people and for the first time having a woman starring as a Touken Danshi! I feel that it was really refreshing to have some female actors in the stageplays and although it is a long stage play, it never gets boring. I can highly recommend this.

I really liked this stage play due to it's interesting setting. Chougi and Nikkou are following the individual stories of Oodenta & Sohayanotsugi, then Chatanakiri & Sasanuki and lastly Kogarasumaru and Shichiseiken without really engaging with them until the end for a little plot twist. We also see Oodenta and Sohayanotsurugi's kiwame forms. For those of you who haven't seen the stage yet, it seems that also Chougi is setting out for Kiwame training. Overall it was a very interesting setting to have it divided into parts, but the stage plays have liked to experiment with some other things too.

Another fantastic reissue of this beautiful Sting CD in a 2-CD format with tons of bonus tracks, fantastic, and with superb sound quality.
