Magico [SHM-CD]Charlie HadenThere are surprises on all eleven tracks
Magico is perhaps a forerunner in what would come to be known as “world music,” and a pinnacle among ECM’s fruitful productions of the 1970s. Like its title, it is a little piece of wonder wrapped in an enigma too real to deny.

A Go Go [SHM-CD]John ScofieldA warm, vibrant sound
A Go-Go stands clearly as one of the top fusion releases. The tracks are arranged meticulously with no shortage of delicious, quirky changes.

Nocturne [SHM-CD]Charlie HadenA great introduction to the bolero
These are 11 lush, gorgeous, highly sensual pieces featuring, in addition to Haden’s prodigious bass and Rubalcaba’s disciplined yet spicy piano, excellent rhythmic touches from Ignacio Berroa and sensitive guest contributions from four major players.

Kilroy Was Here [Cardboard Sleeve (mini LP)] [SHM-CD] [Limited Release]StyxA combination of hard rock and ballads
I think it is a great album; it is Styx's most progressive album. It's quite original. I like the concept and lyrics, a kind of fun-loving tackle at a dark subject, mind-control and oppression.

Cloud Nine [Cardboard Sleeve (mini LP)] [SHM-CD] [Limited Release]George HarrisonA very enjoyable musical journey
Overall, this album is incredible, one of my favorite albums. Pretty much every song is great. George really shows off his slide guitar skills on this album, and his songwriting and singing flourish. George never had quite the confidence in his voice that John or Paul did, but he makes up for less power with more emotion. The supporting cast of musicians is pretty much as good as you could imagine, and they work together flawlessly on this album.

Dirty and Beautiful Vol.2GARY HUSBANDThis is must for fusion fans
Volume 2 represents a step forward on a number of fronts—and not just for Husband, though there's plenty of forward motion for him, in particular his command of tone and color. If Husband's roots were more evident in the past, with Volume 2 they've become completely subsumed in an increasingly personal approach to color, the keyboardist shaping some of his meatiest, most substantial synth tones to date.

Invention Of Knowledge [SHM-CD]Anderson/StoltThis is an excellent album
The music here is inspired and convincing, almost like 70's. In fact, the album sounds very fresh and exciting most of the time, with the excellent backing band providing Anderson with a lush, symphonic and creative tapestry of sounds for his unique voice.

Tour De Force - Live [Low-priced Reissue]Al Di MeolaAwesome heavy fusion jazz live album
I really enjoy the speed guitar playing by Al Di Meola that characterizes his style. Through this live set AL Di Meola has proved that his virtuosity was not only writing and playing the music at the studio but he can also deliver the music live with an excellent performance.

HommageJan Garbarek / Pat Metheny / Gary BurtonThe international jazz aristocracy
Weber did much to give jazz a European identity inflected by rock and electronics in the 1970s. This set’s orchestral arrangements of his compositions, plus a powerful 30-minute Metheny tribute for Stuttgart’s excellent SWR Big Band, are extensively built around tapes of his solos, so the music has a haunting poignancy. Metheny shapes a remarkably cohesive work around the bass recordings, his own sleek synclavier-guitar solos and Gary Burton’s vibraphone.

The Mad Hatter [SHM-CD]Chick CoreaA+/five stars
One of the finest jazz, jazz-rock fusion, or prog albums I've ever heard/known. This musicianship of the very highest order as well as inspired compositional genius.
-
The Leprechaun [SHM-CD]Chick CoreaThe musicianship flawless
I think The Leprechaun is an essential part of Chick Corea's recorded legacy, an ideal mix of charm with stratospheric technical proficiency.

STILL [7-inch Cardboard Sleeve (mini LP)] [Platinum SHM-CD] [Limited Release]Pete SinfieldThe sole album of Peter Sinfield
A nice album I can recommend to fans of early King Crimson and symphonic folk (with that majestic feel). I think of it as the rightful celebration of Peter Sinfield's lyrics inspiring the com-pletely progressive rock community.

House Of Yes - Live From House Of Blues [Cardboard Sleeve (mini LP)] [SHM-CD]YESThis album is recommended
The maturity of this immortal band is reaching the top once again, despite of a new different line-up, as long as you stand listening continually to their classics at least, but with the same emotion and also in the next years I hope!!

The Night Siren [Cardboard Sleeve (mini LP)] [SHM-CD] [Limited Release] [Japan Bonus Track]Steve HackettThis is a good and entertaining album
If you, like me, enjoy the Rock albums that Steve has been putting out during the last two decades, then you will surely like The Night Siren as well. It is another good Hackett solo album, nothing more nor less.

"Wanpaku! Touken Ranbu" Plushie Koryu KagemitsuSo many details!
I bought this as a proxy item since it's difficult to get your hands on the TKRB wanpaku plushies of this size nowadays. I am impressed by the quality and how soft the plushie really is. However, Koryuu might not be the most cuddly plush since he has a lot of armour and a lot of accessoiries that a little firm. But! He really has a lot of small details on him. Both the red strings and the little sword is super cute. If you have the chance to get him somehow and somewhere, you should do so :)

[Secondhand] My Youth Romantic Comedy Is Wrong, as I Expected Kan Yukino Yukinoshita Ani-Art 2 B2 TapestryExcellent Quality
The product is in excellent quality and shape with no noticeable (or any from what I can see) scratches or marks or stains. The product was folded in a way that there was a few creases, but these can be removed with steaming possibly. The tapestry is quite big at almost A2 size, but the printing quality is very sharp and the fine details are stunning. Love this.
