Kim John-Hoon Best Album 2000 - 2005 UN YEARS [CD+DVD]Kim John-HoonThe UN Years
Finding the korean releases back from John-Hoon's time with UN is quite difficult thus I'm quite happy about this release. Especially as it doesn't differ that much from the taiwanese release, only that it's more high-quality and that the track 'Remember is missing. This CD is a must-have for any fan. It shows the beginning of John-Hoon's awesome career with these korean tracks and videos and is just incredible interesting to watch.

Five in the Black [Jacket A / CD+DVD]Dong Bang Shin Ki (Tohoshinki)Five in the Black
Compared to their japanese debut album, I like the second one way better. It contains more catchy songs like my faves 'Choosey Lover' and 'miss you', the japanese version of 'O' (a real classic DBSG song by now) and 'Zion' as the perfect introduction track. The DVD with the music videos makes this album even more perfect. Simply, a must-have.

U/TWINS [CD+DVD]SUPER JUNIORU/TWINS
As a fan of Super Junior I've been waiting for their official japanese debut ever since their performance at K-Pop Super Live. And to debut with this single is simply awesome. The single contains four of my fave Suju tracks, 'U', 'TWINS', 'Miracle' and 'Endless Moment' and even the related music video for 'U'. First press comes with the making of footage which is very interesting to watch. A must-have for any fan.

First MessageayakaFirst Message
After listening to 'Mikazuki', I've been amazed by Ayaka's voice thus I just had to purchase her debut album. And I wasn't disappointed at all. All songs, no matter if new or previously released as singles, are simply awesome, Ayaka's voice fits them all perfectly no matter what genre. She's a very promising artist, that's for sure.

Best Fiction [CD+DVD/Jacket A]Namie AmuroBest Fiction
Finally, after six years, a new best album of Namie. And a real must-have for any fan. The collection contains all singles starting from 'Wishing on the same Star' up to the latest 60s/70s/80s release plus two new tracks, 'Do Me More' and 'Sexy Girl'. Especially 'Sexy Girl' turned out to be really addictive and I ended up listening to it for hours straight. The DVD edition contains all related music videos, for the singles as well as the new tracks.

Kiiroi Namida (English Subtitles) [Limited Edition]Japanese MovieYellow Tears
Those who love Arashi will love this movie as well. And even those who don't will certainly enjoy it. This movie is one of the best manga adaptations I've seen in a while. While some might complain that Matsumoto Jun didn't get that much screentime, it has the advantage of seeing the other four members and therefore their acting skills more often. Especially Ninomiya Kazunari's performance surprised me in a pleasant way, his skills were even better than in any of his previous dramas. A bonus for all foreign fans are the english subtitles which make it easy to follow the story. Not to forget the bonus footage of this edition which makes it way more precious than the regular edition.

Tour 2007 cartoon KAT-TUN II You [2DVD+Book] [Book-Type Jacket]KAT-TUNKAT-TUN 2007 Tour
The DVD of their latest tour is certainly a must-have for any fan. KAT-TUN's performances never fail to amaze me and the 2007 makes no exception. The show was awesome beyond words and so enjoyable that I watched over and over again during the first two weeks. I especially loved the solos of each member. The only sad point is that there's no solo of Akanishi Jin but as he only returned in the middle of the tour it's pretty much understandable that there wasn't any time for him to be given one.

Dream BoysMusical (Kazuya Kamenashi, Kouki Tanaka, Tomoyuki Yara, et al.)Dream Boys 2007
Honestly, the main reason why I purchsed this DVD is because of Tomoyuki Yara who happens to be my fave member of Johnny's Junior. But even so, the musical is awesome in its very own way. Kamenashi Kazuya and Tanaka Koki make a great leading duo for this musical and with Tomoyuki Yara added it's even better. All performances are worth to watch, the comedy interludes are just hilarious and the show time near the end is a real must-watch. Definetly worth buying.

Okyakusama wa Kamisama - Concert 55man nin Ai no request ni kotaete!!KAT-TUNKAT-TUN 1st Concert
This DVD is a must-have for any KAT-TUN fan, that's for sure. While it certainly cannot compare to the high-class tours performed afterwards (what one should certainly keep in mind when watching) it's still a very interesting show to watch. And, as already mentioned, it shows some sides of the members which you might have never seen before.

Rin [w/ DVD, Limited Edition]GOLF&MIKERin
After the release of 'Fever to Future' along with Yamashita Tomohisa and the single 'Nippon Ai ni Iku yo', I've been looking forward to the release of the debut album. And I wasn't disappointed in the least. The songs are all awesome only the thai version of 'Fever to Future' might sound foreign to some ears (at least to those who are not used to Golf&Mike's thai releases). And the DVD is an awesome extra as well as it contains not only music videos but also a travel documentary and clip of the boys making soba. A must-have indeed.

Sushi Oji! Original SoundtrackOriginal SoundtrackSushi Oji! OST
Even if the soundtrack only contains the instrumental tracks used in Sushi Oji!, it's worth buying for anyone who likes the series and the movie (like me). The instrumentals fits perfectly to every scene and very enjoyable to listen to.

K-fes.2007V.A.K-fes
Another K-Pop DVD I found by chance and another good one too. Maybe even better than the 'K-Pop Super Live'. I especially enjoyed the performance of my fave korean singer, John-Hoon, as well as the performance of SS501. But the other featured artists are worth to watch as well, even if you may never heard of them before. The DVD also comes with backstage footage of the rehearsal and before/after the show which is rather interesting to watch.

3rd Live Tour 2008 -T-Dong Bang Shin Ki (Tohoshinki)T
A must-have for any Tohoshinki fan, that's for sure. The show is beyond awesome, as good as their previous ones and even better in some parts. I especially enjoyed the performance of 'Darkness Eyes', a song I never called my fave before but after this tour I've changed my mind. The bonus footage of the first press edition makes the DVD more precious that it already is.

Kingdom [w/ 2 DVD, Limited Edition / Jacket A]Kumi KodaKingdom
Kumi never fails to amaze me with her albums and 'Kingdom' is no exception. The new tracks along with the previous singles like 'LAST ANGEL' and 'FREAKY' already make it an awesome album (I especially like the full version of 'Black Cherry'). The first bonus DVD with the music videos is a great extra. What makes this edition more precious is the bonus DVD with footage of the Premium Limited Live. A must-have for any fan.

Sushi Oji! DVD BoxJapanese TV SeriesSushi Oji!
I've enjoyed the series since the beginning. For once, because it stars Domoto Koichi from KinKi Kids and, second, because it's a mixture between drama and comedy which really stands out compared to other dramas aired during that season. The DVD box was a must-have for me. It contains a bonus DVD with behind-the-scenes footage and interviews which is very interesting to watch. And the first press came with a keychain and cards in trading card style.

FINAL FANTASY VII ORIGINAL SOUNDTRACKGame MusicFinal Fantasy VII OST
So far I've enjoyed each and every soundtrack released for the Final Fantasy games and this one is no exception. For VII which is my absolute fave among all games of the series, this soundtrack is absolutely perfect. The themes fit each game sequence perfectly and make it an even greater experience than VII already is.

Harukamelody.Haruka
melody.'s works never fail to amaze me and her latest single is no exception. Compared to previous singles, 'Haruka' is more on the ballad/mellow-pop side with three awesome tracks. The third one, 'That's The Way It Is', is a cover of Celine Dion which is even better than the original (in my opinion at least).

1 Pound no Fukuin DVD BoxJapanese TV Series1 Pound no Fukuin Box
As a fan of the series since the very first episode, purchasing this box was a must. I won't say much concerning the series itself as I love it to death, only that any fan will love it. And fans from outside Japan interested in learning more bits of Japanese might be interested in the option to turn on japanese subtitles (sadly, there're no english ones). And the bonus DVD contains all the common extra footage like clips from behind-the-scenes and photo shootings and interviews.

Nihon TV Kei Kayo Drama Yukan Club Original SoundtrackTV Original Soundtrack (Music by Kosuke Yamashita)Yukan Club OST
Those who enjoyed the series will certainly enjoy the soundtrack as well. It contains all insert and background tracks featured throughout the episodes in full length. The only song missing is the original version theme song of KAT-TUN, 'Keep the Faith', but it's still featured in an alternate instrumental version which is very interesting to listen to.

1 Pound no Fukuin Original SoundtrackTV Original Soundtrack1 Pound no Fukuin OST
I've been in love with the soundtrack ever since first hearing the main theme. All tracks are perfect for each and every episode and those who love the series will certainly love the soundtrack as well. Sadly, it doesn't contains the theme song by KAT-TUN, 'LIPS', but one can still enjoy the soundtrack without it.
