Persona 4 Original Soundtrack Customer Reviews
Game Music
If you've played Persona 4, and enjoyed the music, there is no reason you shouldn't buy this. every tune from the game is packed onto the two CDs, which I garuntee will fill you with memories of playing the game. It may ba a little hard to find the English track names, but they are out there. (e.g. Track 14: "Reasoning", has an English title of "Deduction") The second CD also has a bonus track which is a remix of "Poem of Everyone's Soul", or "Aria of the Soul", titled "Electronica in the Velvet Room".
One of Shoji Meguro's better OSTS imho. I fell in love with "The Genesis", such a strong piece, it even gives me goosebumps. The song with english lyrics are also pretty good. Nice lyrics all in all in them with catchy tunes and the singer (Reiko Tanaka? not sure) has such a nice voice. I particularly love the way she sings in "Your affection". Also "Pursuing My True Self", the OP is great as well, altho I'm still not sure who sings that one. I've loved the P3 OST along with the burn my dread -reincarnation:persona3- and P3fes OST but I found this one to be even better all considered and a worthwhile purchase.
Erm well, in a way o_O Haven't played the game yet, so this is just basing on 'what I hear' for the past few days. Basically it's as good as P3's OST ...but just a slightly different feel of music if u compare them both. P3 is more hip hop + rap, while P4 is pop + rap and some R&B ...imo. Reach Out to the Truth -First Battle- ...reminded me of a cheerleading song :)) Anyway, a good buy for fans.
Music in P4 is definitely better than P3. Really love the guitar sound, especially the battle theme song; "Reach Out To The Truth -First Battle-" Each dungeon got their own song, Check out for "Game" - Game dungeon, "Heaven" - Paradise dungeon. The slow ver. of "I'll Face Myself" is great, the scene after the boss battle with the music play in the background, it's really fitting.
