This is a GREAT brush! I don't really contour, but I bet it would do a wonderful job with it, powder or cream. I use it to blend concealer under my eyes and beside my nose. It is a wonderful size for the small areas of the face, a perfect partner to a full size fu pa! The pink handle stands easily, which is very handy, and the color is so beautiful, the pictures do NOT capture the beauty of this brush. Koyudo is just astonishing, the quality is out of this world.

When i first got this brush i thought: is that it? but after using this tiny brush it has become a big love. The slanted shape helps get the foundation in all areas and i find it doesnt absorb too much liquid foundation like other brushes do. Great for travelling too. Highly recommend!

I have the blue version and I love the handle colour so much. I wish they would make a blue fu-pa02 and fu-pa07 so I could have a matching set. It took some time for me to learn to use the angled shape. This brush is good for detail liquid foundation work, but very time consuming to use for the whole face. I prefer my fu-pa02 for that. I usually use this brush for contouring or blending my liquid highlighter. It's not my favourite fu-pa, but it's still lovely and I'm glad I got a blue one before they sold out.

I have many foundation brushes and I had favored the Rae Morris Radiance brush. At suggestion of Sonia (Sweetmakeuptemptations.com), I purchased from the Fu-Pa range of the Koyudo family of Koyodu brushes. I am over the moon! Quality is best ever and price is FABULOUS! I own this little brush in pink, it is super cute. The pink has a shimmer to it which I love. The brush head is a little small, so foundation application may take a little longer if you are used to a larger brush. I am used to flat brushes, so there was a bit of a learning curve for me (had some slight streaks, although they were easy to blend out). The shape of the brush makes it easy to get around the nose and close to the lashline (I have some pigment issues around one of my eyes that I cover with foundation.) I like this brush for powder contour as well.

The fu-pa13-p Foundation Brush is a great tool. It is quite small and cute. I knew from the description that it was very small so I bought this in conjunction with the fu-pa 7 foundation brush. The 7 for quick, all over foundation and the 13 for more detailed work. Such as around the nose, eyes and mouth. It is a nice combination. This brush is the right size for getting around those areas and leaves a nice finish. The goat hair bristles are dense and thick enough to easily spread the foundation/concealer, while still being soft and gentle on your skin. I am so impressed by Koyudo.

I bought the pink handle for the white goat hair. Little did I know that the white one is smaller, and thus less surface coverage, than the black hair one. This one has an unusual shape. The shorter side is densely packed and firm while the longer side is fluffy and flexible. It fits nicely on top of my cheek with the longer hair applies pressure lightly in the sensitive area under my eyes. Because of the small size, it does a contour job better than foundation application, in my opinion. When I sweep the brush in the direction from the shorter hair to the longer hair, the short one spreads the foundation while the longer one blends. It makes blending foundation really easy and quick. It is much softer than the Shu Uemura 18 H and slightly bigger, too. However, because of its small size, I'm tempted to check out other bigger brushes in the Fu-pa range. The light shimmer pink handle is really cute and sweet without being childish.
