Great FF song!!! 5

I think i should have gotten this cd earlier! Angela Aki's voice is absolutely beautiful, and she fits perfectly in the Final Fantasy music environment. Of course Nobuo Uematsu's melody is so perfect for this song's vocals, and specially Angela's voice. And the japanese version of "Kiss me Good-bye" is equally beautiful. I can't get tired of listening to this. And by the way, the FFXII sticker is lovely!!! ^_^

Great music, great singer, great single! 5

Kiss Me Goodbye is nothing less than the gorgeous music theme of Final Fantasy XII, composed by Nobuo Uematsu, the english version is even more amazing than the original one, and the b-sides make this single a muyst have for any fan o J-Pop and/or FF fan.

One of the best pieces from FF 5

Go get it. Its that good. And kudos to CDJAPAN : order-to-getting it is less than 5 days via EMS. Kiss-me-goodbye, Santa-Fe (jazzy, whispy and cool)

Left my heart in Santa Fe 3

A very nice single. For the overseas fans, two English language songs (track 02 and 04) are included. The title track is a typical love ballad with a nice orchestra to accompany Miss Angela's piano. It's a nice song, not as strong or powerful as her previous single "Kokoro no Senshi" but being a theme song to a videogame I suppose they had to make it as mainstream as possible. Track 02, Santa Fe, begins with a strong bass beat and Miss Angela playing jazz piano. It's not true jazz, more like a song with jazz influences. I preferred this song over the next b-side. Aoi Kage (track 03)is rather boring - her vocals are always drawn out after every line and the piano fails to add any other sort of movement to the piece. The english version of Kiss Me Good-bye and I will be happy to note that the composition of the song does change to suit the lyrics (though it has some awkward moments where they tried to recreate the Japanese langauge's rhythm. Because she is a native speaker of English, her pronunciation does not suffer from the usual plagues of other Japanese artists. A recommended buy if you're a fan of the game or Angela, but otherwise wait for the album.
