Mystique.. Is close to describe this album. Although, there is little or almost nothing to do with the new age concept. What is highly valued by this artist is his originality and not drawing attention to the musical trend. This is a different kind of rock music, between alternative / neo-progressive / gothic / symphonic / mystic / rock experience, sometime to find it too deep, but for a long time be with you. With a little imagination, you would understand. And this is, something what mustn't be forgotten the essence of this work, 'Moon'. Core and depth of the album lies in it. Gackt C., as one of most creative artists in this era, could reach across the border and create a unique edition with english lyrics written by Gackt C.work, a romantic fantasy book/album. Because of this, one of the best-selling romantic novelist found a inspiration into this work to write a novel.. *Different Package *In Europe, by Gan-Shin was released a deluxe edition with english lyrics written by Gackt C.

In some of songs you can feel they are a little popish.. I didn't like that in this album but is so.. so.. strange.. I really don't think is his greatest or worst but is his strangest, if you don't like, it always control your mind to put in your CD player.. Good album.

This album is amazing from start to finish. The first track, Misty, is an instrumental that merges perfectly into the second track. The beggining tracks are more emotional and then around black stone, it breaks out into more fun and the last track is a great closer.

This album is a welcome relief after the drivel that was Love Letter, but I can't help thinking 'eh, another Gackt album'. It's a welcome echo of his older style with perhaps a bit more MOON than Mars, but nothing about it really sticks out to me. I enjoy Road but can't remember the names of the majority of the other tracks; it's like Love Letter in that there's not a lot of variance from track to track. Gackt fans will adore it, because it's Gackt. It has the same good vocals you've come to expect from Gackt, it just doesn't have much else to set it apart.

This is easily one of Gackt's BEST ALBUMS!!! It's beautiful in EVERYWAY. It's more of a Rock album than Pop, so be wary! BUT IT'S AN AMAZING ALBUM

impressive, suprising, excitable, hopefull amazing lyrics, perfect voice with flawless melodies gackt maked a wonderful job. my favs are ash and metamorphoze. u will like it

A good album, filled with powerful fast beat songs. I don't feel that this is Gakuto's best album though, most of the songs were reletively the same, with slightly different beats and lyrics =/=/=/

This is the last album of Gackt, but, for me this not the best...He introduce a new sound, but, I don't like it...Some songs are nices, like Metamorphoze, Farewell and Road...and they are powerfull, but I privilege the old Gackt...

Excelent choice for those who love rockish Gackt. I really liked his strong voice and the selection of instruments. As always, Gackt improving even on the simple things. IT shouts to the whole world there's a lot of Gackt yet to come. He hasn't lost that thing of storytelling in his albums, which I love. Definetly one of my favorites.

Well, all I can say is that DIABOLOS is really GREAT. Gackt's Love Letter wasn't very good, but now, with this album, he proves that he can still do great and heavy songs.

Beside MARS & Crescent, this is one of my favourite Gackt's albums ^-^ It has been in my CD player since i opened it and i have never took it out

This album is far better than Love Letter, and is a return to Gackts blend of rock and pop styles that was missing in the previous album. Though i still wouldn't say its anywhere near as good as Moon, Rebirth, or Mars, its definately a step back in the right direction.

Gackt's newest albumn is great. My favorite songs are the apolocoliptic "Future" where you can actually hear war sounds in it and the violin is positively beautiful, and "Road" because it's such a perky song that just seems to lift your spirits.

I. Love. This. Album! After the dissatisfaction that the "Love Letter" album brought about to many fans (mainly because of the album's repetitive love ballad theme), Gackt returns with DIABOLOS to restore any doubt about his singing and composing abilities. This is Gackt as his best.

it is a good album it sounds like Moon.It has three of the singles released prior to the cd. One of which is "Black stone" which is very catchy.

This album is wonderful. Gackt's voice is still sublim and I keep listening to it! It is a must for Gackt's fan! Have to get it!

I think this one of my favorite Gackt albums :D The only bad thing I see to this album is the lack of newer songs. 5 out of 11 songs were older ones and I really wanted to hear more of his newer music.

After the album Crescent, many fans thought that gackt lost his fantasy, his temper. But Gackto-sama with the release of Diabolos, denied his fans making a great album full of power. More electronic than the previous album, maybe for Gackt this is a way to try a new type of sound, that confirm the genius of a great artist.

Now that he's finished his "gratitude & gift for the fans", Gackt has returned to what he calls the "MOON Saga". So DIABOLOS continues along with the same sort of theme that his pre-Sixth Day, Seventh Night albums had. This particular one is a drama. It is a welcome change to the ballads of Love Letter (although I do like that album); Gakkun is back to rocking! This album sort of reminds me of MARS in some ways. That is not to say the songs sound alike (because they don't), but that the feel is the same. I have to say that "Todokanai aito shitteita noni, Osae kirezuni aishitsuzuketa" sounds a bit odd being the last song on the album. I think it would fit better between "Storm" and "Road". Overall, it's a great album!
