MALICE MIZER
Excellent album! Most of the songs are rock with an electronic influence. Other random instruments, such as harps, violins and music boxes add a nice touch. Well worth the price!
i think this is the best malice mizer album. gackt is perfect in this album and all of the songs in it. including the intro, is perfect too. mana, kozi and yu~ki composing is just perfect. kami drums playing is perfect too. i think that they both 5 make a great band. for those who like malice mizer, moi dix mois, gackt, mana, j-rock, visual kei, japan, techno and classic, this album is a must buy.
One word...Perfection...that simple...AMAZING album for not just Malice Mizer fans, but any interested in Visual kei, baroque music, j-pop,and a touch of electronica. Just listen, and be wowed...
First major debut album from Malice Mizer. It's a master piece. Is the Gackt era. It's a collector's piece for anyone what like the Visual style. My favourite songs are: "syunikiss", "Au revoir", "Bel Air", "Brise", "Gekka no yasoukioku", "Illuminati" and "s-concious". Great album.
there's no bad song in this album. even the intro are beautiful. gackt is on his best performance, and all the band really worked hard to get this perfect. and is for this album that kami is missed so much.
It is my favorite release out of Malice Mizer's. Gackt's voice is so much better than tetsu's and Mana's composition skill has improved. Most of all, this album started a new generation of Visual Band.
Seriously what else can you say about this album? It's definately the best CD I own and I listen to it very often ^__^
This is my favorite Malice Mizer album. I didn't think much of it before I ordered it, but after listening to it in it's entirety, I'm absolutely in love with it. Every single song is different and unique and has catchy melodies and complex arrangements. Some of the best tracks are Syunikiss, Bel Air, and Gekka no Yasoukyoku. The cd ranges from styles of rock to classical to industrial and even to tango and opera. Definitely recommended.
From the beautifully enchanting waltz bois de merveilles to the psycho-demented S-CONSCIOUS, this album will transport you to the wonderful world of MALICE MIZER. Its variety of rhythms, styles and emotions will make you listen to it over and over again, and it will leave you wondering how it's possible for an album to have such variety and such contrast. Playful and silly, yet angry and desperate. But also mellow and melancholy. The title does do this wonderful work justice. MALICE MIZER's masterpiece for sure, and a must-have not only for every fan of the band, but also for every rock fan in general.
this is in my opinion the best cd of malice mizer, and if you like this band you must have it,its really beatiful.
This, in my opinion, is the best release fro Malice Mizer in all three eras. The tracks on this cd vary from the classical influenced, to techno. Each song (well, except for ~de merveilles) has its own special feel to it that goes deeper than the song itself. Even if it was being sold for 100 dollars, it would still be far below what the asking price should be.
This is an amazing album, and definitely one of my all-time favorites. Each track is different and intriguing, with different sounds, rhythms, and ideas flowing throughout. It's a great album if you love music.
The songs are so diverse and i can listen to them on repeat and never get bored although my favourites tend to stay to au revoir, bel air, illuminati and ju te veux. The album as a whole has a central story line running through it and the songs show the different parts of the story. really really good!
