Customers who have a Paypal account with an address registered in Russia, can only receive a refund via Paypal until March 22, 2022.
Note that Paypal refunds can only be processed for transactions that are originally placed within the past 180days.
For Paypal refunds for transactions placed more than 180days ago, we will process all refunds in shopper points including cancellation requested by the customer and cancellations processed by us, such as items being sold out.
