Sep 29, 2025: Temporary Suspension of Japan Post Shipments to Canada.
Canada Post has announced the restart of a strike, which will cause postal delays. Accordingly, CDJapan will temporarily suspend shipments to Canada via affected postal methods starting September 29, 2025.
August 26, 2025: Temporary Suspension of Japan Post Shipments to the U.S.
Following the U.S. government’s executive order, “Termination of De Minimis Treatment for All Countries” issued on July 30, 2025, mail containing goods imported for personal use will no longer be eligible for duty-free treatment starting August 29, 2025.
As a result, Japan Post will temporarily suspend acceptance of the following shipments to the U.S.:
In line with this, CDJapan will also temporarily suspend shipments via these methods to the U.S. starting August 26, 2025.

Please note that this is a temporary suspension. We will keep your orders in our warehouse and will ship them out once the suspension is lifted. Note that while we can not ship out the orders, we will continue to accept orders using these shipping methods.

July 11, 2025: Resumption for EMS & Airmail
Japan Post announced that they will resume shipments to the following countries, which took effect on our site as well.

July 2, 2025: Resumption for DHL
DHL announced that they will resume shipments to Israel. As a result, we will let DHL packages ship out for Israel.

June 23, 2025: Japan Post Suspended for Multiple Countries
Japan Post announced that due to the suspension of flights and other disruptions caused by the recent situation in the Middle East, they will suspend shipments for the following countries. This will take effect at our website as well. We will continue to accept your order for these shipping methods but we will not ship them out until the suspension has been lifted.

May 30, 2025: Resumption of EMS/Airmail to Canada
As of May 31, 2025, we will resume all shipments to Canada, as no delays related to the strike have been confirmed at this time.
May 20, 2025: Suspension of EMS/Airmail to Canada
The designated postal operator of Canada has informed Japan Post that receipt of airmail items bound for Canada has been temporarily suspended due to an operator strike.
Therefore we will suspend shipments to Canada for EMS and Airmail until we see that your shipments can be safely delivered to you.
Note that we can still accept new orders during this time.

Feb.10, 2025: No Orders Over 30 EUROs to Turkey
With Turkey's new import regulation imposing a 60% customs duty on goods imported from non-EU country, we can no longer accept orders over 30 EUR to Turkey including shipping to ensure a safe and good shopping experience for our customers.
Jan.7, 2025: Japan Post to Resume Shipments to Canada
We will resume shipments to Canada for the shipping methods below.

Please note that you should still expect a slight delay due to the number of parcels backlogged during the strike.
As a reference, a customer whose package shipped out on Nov. 26, 2024 by Airmail received their package on Jan. 15, 2025.
Aug.21, 2024: New Restriction on Packages Shipped to Turkey
As of August 21, 2024,Turkey has imposed a 60% import tax on goods valued more than 30 euro that are ordered online from outside the EU.
If you decide to refuse to receive the package due to not wanting to pay for the import tax, we can only process a refund
for the product price in points when it returns, so make sure to keep your subtotal below 30 EUR if you do not wish to pay for 60% of import taxes.
