I haven't seen such a terrible packaging for a long time! There was only one layer of a thin bubble wrap (bubble envelope to be exact), but I can't even say that this is a 'bubble wrap', because there are almost no bubbles that should protect items. All dvd are damaged; almost every corner is crumpled, some of them are dented, one of the dvd is even torn! You have to pack items MUCH better.
The shipping process is fast I really like that. The item was well-received. No damages. The item itself is so pretty as expected from Japaneses press. Thank you.
