My favorite album of all time. 5

I knew Malice Mizer like two years after this album got released and since then I loved this album and I wanted to buy it. Now that I had the opportunity to get it I have no regrets. There is no need to mention that this album is magnificent in every single song. There is no song that may have been unnecessary in this album. All of the songs fit and made of this a more-than-awesome musical compilation. Not to mention the great artwork. If you're a Malice Mizer fan this is a MUST BUY. And you will love it if you're into classical/symphonic music.

I have been a huge fan of Malice Mizer for years and have collected most of their cds. I love all of their music and this cd truly is worth every penny. Each track is very beautiful to listen to and will not disappoint any fan out their. Its a fitting tribute to their original drummer... A must have for anyone that enjoys rock mixed with classical music!!!

If you don't like the way that Mana compose, you should think before you buy this CD, because it's basicaly composed by Mana. If you`re buying only to have the album art: great pics, I like too much :D

Magnificent 5

This album was the last Malice Mizer album I had listened to, initially discarding it because of the completely new sound and the new vocalist, as I had recently gotten into the band. Upon actually taking the time to listen to it, I was absolutely astonished by the beautiful instrumentals, the operatic feel, Klaha's AMAZING and very powerful voice, with the very obvious dark overtones. Of all of MM's albums, this is one I can never get enough of, no matter how much I listen to it. Shiroi Hada ni Kuruu Ai to Kanashimi no Rondo, although its title is admittently the longest I've ever seen, is personally my favourite song on the album, and is the perfect outro for such a masterpiece as you get into Sakai no Chi To Bara, which is the perfect final song for this album. Bara no Seidou will never fail to disappoint no matter how many times you listen to it.

Lovely, Yet Dark 5

I love this album. Yes, it's Malice Mizer's darkest in mood but not darkest in wonder. Opening up with a sample track like any other Malice Mizer album, "Bara Ni Irodorareta Akui to Higeki no Makuake" immediately sets the mood of the CD. Though long, "Seinaru Toki Eien No Inori" is a beautiful piece with a beautiful voice to go with Klaha's. "Kyomu No Naka De No Yuugi" is dark with a feel of eletronic; I love it. "Kagami No Butou; Genwaku No Yoru" is composed by Kozi, and is a delightful song that makes you want to spin and dance around your room. Some songs on this album don't feature Klaha's voice, such as "Hakai No Hate," and "Chikasuimyaku No Meiro," which splendidly features Yu~ki's skilled bass. My favorite song on this album which is by far the most beautiful, would be "Shiroi Hada Ni Kuruu Ai To Kanashimi No Rondo," otherwise simply known as "Shiroi." Closing up this masterpiece of an album is "Saikai No Chi To Bara," a lamentful instrumental piece dedicated to the memory of Malice Mizer's departed drummer, Kami. This album does NOT disappoint. It's definitely worth the purchase.

Simply Wonderful ! 5

Listening to this album is like being catapulted in a dark, gothic, mysterious world, full of sounds of church bells and instruments like the organ, adding the sound of Mana and Kozi's guitars, Yu-ki's bass and Klaha's tenor voice, the all gives to this album one the most particular style I've listened to in my life. The best songs remain those sung by Klaha but also the instrumental ones are so rich of sounds that succeed to capture to you.

It will bring you to tears... 5

An excellent album, if one is familiar with either of Mana or Kozi's styles, you can detect who primarily wrote the music of each of the alluring operatic and classical european gothic style songs. The first time I listened I cried. Very beautiful music and if you close your eyes and put the volume up loud, you feel like your are actually surrounded by the orchestra. Definitely a different flavour compared to the previous Malice Mizer cds, this album is written to compliment Klaha's voice which is operatic. Not too much rock and plenty of churchy organ sounds, i'm quite sure that if one appreciates good music, this album is worth the money.

Wonderful CD 5

Although this album is the last release for Malice Mizer, it is probably one of the highest quality in terms of composition and maturity as a band. Klaha's voice flatters the music quite well and adds depth to the "Baroque"-feel of the album. Another must-have for fans of Malice Mizer.

Kanashimi no Rondo 5

After having heard music from Malice Mizer, you can just REGRET their "pause", but Life goes on... ~with melancholy~ Bara no Seidou is a merveille featuring Okada's beautiful soprano voice with the deep and strong voice of Klaha. The music is quite hard to describe : classical music coupling to modern one. The result is just amazing. Try it !

Definately worth my money 5

This album is actually the soundtrack for Malice Mizer's movie, "Bara no Konrei" The music in this album has a very goth/classical feel to it. The beautiful music in this album is accompanied by wonderful opera singing and brilliant use of instruments. Highly recommended!
