WaT, the boys duo of Eiji Wentz and Teppei Koike, will release their first album "Sotsugyo TIME - Bokura no Hajimari" on March 1, 2006.

The two boys have appeared as models and actors since their childhood and have played weekly street concerts in Tokyo since 2002. This continued until the end of 2003 when one day over one thousand fans gathered to watch, causing a traffic jam terrible enough to stop the concert.

In 2004, they released their indies debut single "Sotsugyo Time," following up in 2005 with their major label debut single "Boku no Kimochi." Their first full-length album will contain 13 songs including their indie and major label debut songs "Sotsugyo Time" and "Boku no Kimochi."

With fresh and pure love songs sung over accoustic guitar, WaT are known for their ability to tug at people's heartstrings. Their second single "5 centi." for example, means "I don't want to be even 5 centimeters apart from you" Such sweet sentiments, and so completely WaT.
