- A great brush and even better price. I would suggest this to anyone to purchase. The goat hair is nice - not terribly soft nor is it scratchy and it definitely gets the job done. Personally, my brush has fluffed up a lot after wash so it does lose its angle but how I'm using it at the moment it's ok. The gold ferrule and white handle is very sleek. I'm excited to see what other brushes are in store for CdJapan's future.
- I truly love this brush and I own a lot of makeup brushes. Looks and feels very luxurious. Best value for money I have found so far. Excellent quality and budget friendly. This brush is soft and fluffy, washes well (easy to care for) and is user friendly. Works well with any loose and pressed powders. Highly recommend this also as a gift for someone. Comes in a beautiful box.
- Got this together with the gray squirrel brush and I use this for applying Guerlain meteorites on my face. It's soft and yet with firm control, so you can control the intensity of the highlight powder or finishing powder, add more glow where needed. Perfect for the cheeks!

CB101 Gray Squirrel Powder Brush
- my guerlain meteorites has found the perfect partner! its fluffy but it picks up the product efficiently. all i do is swirl and pat luxuriously on to my face.
- I bought it as an experiment - I generally use smaller brushes for a more defined look / better precision but wanted to try a bigger brush but soft for my sensitive skin. The only other brush that I have with 5 cm long hair is the Suqqu face brush but I find it too tapered for my use. I was looking for a brush that would be at least as soft as Suqqu but more rounded shape and better price. So far I am very happy with this brush, it feels even softer than my Suqqu and has an airy feel on the skin (similar to LSY 902 brush for those that have it). It fluffs out a lot after washing but this can be controlled by using a brush quard or similar solution. I used the Koyudo brush lace protector and it worked fine. The brush picks up soft pressed powders well and gives a very sheer and natural look which I like. I also used it with a bronzer - again, a very natural diffused result. And as a finishing brush with a healthy glow powder - fantastic. The brush is not directional and not too dense and if pressed too hard the hair splay out. I have light-medium skin ( NC 20-23) and use mostly high pigmented products so this brush is perfect for me to achieve a natural look with a few swipes.
- Got a pleasant surprise when I received this gray squirrel brush. It's so soft and fluffy! I use this to pat on finishing powder. The gold ferrule is an elegant touch.
