Following numbers of interstellar wars, an interstellar union has been formed, and people are now living on terraformed planets.
In order to cope with economic disputes and local wars that still occur among the members of the union, an organization called GOTT (Galactic Organization of Trade and Tariffs) was formed. Eclair and Lumiere are top agents with GOTT, and they have been assigned by the outfit to work as partners.
With enhanced reflexes, Eclair is a super soldier and a one-woman army, although she's cool enough to prefer non-violent methods to carry out her missions whenever possible. Lumiere on the other hand, is a wizard when it comes to computers and electronic devices.
