< Story >

The story takes place in the present day.
Isthar is an island kingdom located off the coast of England.
The Royal family entrusts Cloud 7 to carry out special missions to resolve troubles around the kingdom and to prevent crimes. Cloud 7 is a special agency codenamed L/R, and its ace agents are Row Rickenbacker and Jack Hofner. From cars to cigarettes, the action-packed show is loaded with awesome spy gadgets and equipment.

The opening credit theme song "Go Where No One's Gone Before" is performed by Billy Preston, the famed artist known for his work with the likes of the Beatles and the Rolling Stones.
