Description

Blu-ray release of the film "Noise" starring Tatsuya Fujiwara and Kenichi Matsuyama. Deluxe edition comes with a DVD featuring the main feature, a bonus DVD including making-of, event footage collection and promo clips. Slipcase packaging with a booklet. Plot: A creepy man suddenly appears on an isolated island in the middle of the ocean. Keita Izumi (Tatsuya Fujiwara), whose family is targeted by the unknown man, accidentally kills him along with his best friend Jun Tanabe (Kenichi Matsuyama) and rookie police officer Shinichiro Moriya (Ryunosuke Kamiki). This was just before Keita's black fig became so popular that the government offered him a 500 million yen grant and a bright future for the island, which is suffering from depopulation. In order to protect the future of the island and their precious family, the three men decide to cover up the dead body. Just when they think that "no one will come after this man even if he disappears," an unexpected situation develops. To their surprise, the man is a recently released convicted criminal, and the detectives, who are trying to track his whereabouts arrive on the island in droves. The prefectural police are relentless in their 24-hour manhunt. The siege is closing in on Keita and his friends. The islanders are caught in a battle between those who hide the bodies to protect island life and those who trample on island life for the sake of justice. The daily life on the island crumbles, and little by little, it becomes more and more crazy...

Blu-ray

Blu-ray titles are playable only on Blu-ray players. They are not playable on conventional DVD players or HD DVD players. There are 3 region codes for Blu-rays as listed below, which are different from DVD region codes.
