The time is the 1980s, and Mihashi Takashi (Garai Kento), a sophomore at Soft Leaf High School, makes his debut as a haircut specialist after changing his hair to blonde upon transferring to a new school. With his natural athleticism and twisted personality, he is immediately noticed by the delinquents around him. He teams up with the spiky-headed Shinji Ito ( Kentaro Ito ), who transferred to the school on the same day as Takahashi, and together they take on one strong opponent after another. They want to enjoy their adolescence like a romantic comedy with Riko Akasaka ( Seiyana ), who is more than friends with Mitsuhashi but less than lovers, and Kyoko Hayakawa ( Kanna Hashimoto ), who is in love with Ito, but only bad guys come close to them... One day in their third year, Kitanegaki High School in a neighboring town decides to rent a corner of Kaikyu High School, a den of delinquents where the two had an epic battle in the past. The chiefs of Kitanegakure, a well-known and quite villainous high school, are Eiji Yanagi ( Yuya Yagira ) and Shigehiro Otake ( Eishin ). They start a strange business with Tomoji ( Suzuki Nobuyuki ) and Sagara ( Isomura Yuto ), students of Kaikyu who lost their overwhelming "heads"...
