Description

[Machine Translation] In "Boogie Woogie, Executive Director", a Sapporo TV variety show, Director Uesugi (Shudai Uesugi) and Manager Ochi (Yosuke Daichi, Dinoji) take on the challenges of Hokkaido's natural wonders in a grueling, physically demanding environment. In "Boogie Woogie Okunohosomichi Act II," Ochi travels 800 km on foot from Okushiri Island in westernmost Hokkaido to Cape Nosappu in Nemuro in easternmost Hokkaido, composing haiku poems along the way. This time, the 90-kilometer journey through the Tokachi region, starting from Churui in Makubetsu Town, reaching Obihiro City, and ending in Ikeda Town, is fully recorded with never-before-seen footage. Along the way, the tour takes you to Obihiro City through the magnificent nature of the Tokachi Plain, and the local delicacies and bounty of the Tokachi land, which you can only encounter on foot, and the endless silver-world scenery. This time, the film includes a moving scene in which the filmmakers are reunited for the first time in a year with Bugino Ugino, a Banei horse they met by chance in Date City during their journey. What was the shocking sight of a small colt that had grown up to be a racehorse and transformed into a strong and robust horse? In addition, the "Gourmet Hosomichi," in which they enjoy delicious food at any restaurant they find in Obihiro City, is also included. And in a "sacred place for lovers," a love affair develops between the executive director and the section chief, a development that makes no sense at all. This is a rare road trip full of highlights filled with tumultuous accidents. (Unpublished footage: Executive Director WESGI's "Travelogue") After a day's walking trip, the Executive Director stays at an inn and writes an illustrated travel diary "Travelogue" during the night. The "Kigyoubun" is a travel diary written and illustrated at night by Executive Director Uesugi after a day's journey on foot.
