Description

[Machine Translation] [A 39-day manhunt by a nameless citizen against a group of fraudsters! A true story of a bank transfer scam and a roundup of the most dangerous scammers in the world! The film is inspired by a furikome fraud case that occurred in 2016. The story begins when Dokki, an ordinary citizen who was involved in a furikome scam, receives an SOS from a member of the scam organization asking her to report the case to the police. The film is based on the theme of bank transfer scam crimes, which have been threatening citizens with increasingly sophisticated methods since the first case occurred in South Korea in 2006. The story is set in Korea and Qingdao, China, and features a dynamic chase by a group of citizens with personalities that rival those of the police! We'll get it back. Dokki is in need of money after a fire breaks out at his dry cleaning store when he receives a phone call from a bank representative, Song, asking him to introduce a loan product. Dok-ki is charged various fees for the loan, and sends the money to Song's representative. However, he is shocked to find out later that this whole process was a bank transfer scam. Dok-ki, who has lost all his money and is now on the street with his children, receives a phone call from Deputy Son again... This time, he asks Dokki for help in providing information on the fraudulent organization! The police have given up on this case. However, Dokki is determined to save Deputy Son and recover the stolen money, so he heads for Qingdao, China, with his colleagues, all of whom have their own special skills.

＜衝撃の実話＞名もなき市民が極悪詐欺集団に立ち向かった、39日間の大捜査線! 実話から生まれた振り込め詐欺、一網打尽の捜査劇! 2016年に起きた振り込め詐欺事件をモチーフにした本作は、振り込め詐欺に遭った一般市民ドッキのもとに、詐欺組織のメンバーから警察へ通報してほしいとSOSが出されることで始まる。韓国で2006年に初の事例が発生して以来、次第に高度化する手口で市民を脅かす振り込め詐欺犯罪を題材に、詐欺被害者と詐欺師が特別同盟を結ぶという奇抜なスタートの幕開けが先の読めない展開への好奇心を刺激し、韓国と中国・青島 (チンタオ)を舞台に個性豊かな市民たちによる警察顔負けのダイナミックな追跡劇が誕生した! ──必ず、取り戻す。クリーニング店が火災になりお金を必要としていたドッキに、銀行のソン代理から融資商品を紹介したいとの電話がかかってくる。融資に必要だからとあれこれ手数料を請求され、ソン代理に送金したドッキ。しかし、この一連の流れが振り込め詐欺であったことを後から知り、ショックを受ける。全財産を失い子供たちと路頭に迷うドッキに、再びソン代理から電話がかかってくるのだが・・・。今度はドッキに詐欺組織の情報提供をすると助けを求めてきた! 警察も諦めたこの事件。だがドッキはソン代理を救い奪われたお金も取り戻したい一心で、それぞれ特技を持つ心強い同僚たちと共に中国・青島 (チンタオ)へと向かう。
