Description

[Machine Translation] A composer who died an unnatural death left a sheet music to his daughter. A bloody secret is hidden in the score. A new masterpiece has been born in the everlasting gothic horror genre! --The story follows Rose, a young violinist prodigy with a promising future, who receives news of the death of her father, who died when she was still a child. Rose discovers that her father was Marlowe, a famous composer who disappeared suddenly after dominating the world, and she visits an old mansion in the French countryside to sort out his estate. There, she finds the score of her father's dying composition, entitled "Sonata for Violin, Op. 54," but the score contains several mysteries. However, the score is marked with a number of mysterious symbols, and Rose begins to sense the presence of "something" in the mansion. Rose and her manager, Charles, try to unravel the mystery of the score...

There are 6 region codes. Typically, DVD players sold in one region is compatible only with DVD titles that are encoded for that region.

Such titles are indicated as "Format: HD DVD Twin Format" in item details page. *We'll add accurate information on regional encoding as they become available, but for the time-being, please assume that HD DVD titles available at CDJapan are encoded for Region-2.

Blu-ray

Blu-ray titles are playable only on Blu-ray players. They are not playable on conventional DVD players or HD DVD players. There are 3 region codes for Blu-rays as listed below, which are different from DVD region codes.

SACD (Super Audio CD)
