Description

[Machine Translation] The amount claimed was only 10 yen (100 won). All he wanted was the truth. A third-rate lawyer with no connections or education takes on an unprecedented case against a state power. A shocking courtroom suspense based on a true story! --A riot broke out at the site of a forced demolition of a redevelopment area, killing one police officer. One of the residents, Park Jae-ho, who had been holed up at the site, is arrested as the culprit. Jae-ho's son also lost his life at the scene, and he says, "My son was killed by the policeman. I was just trying to protect my son. He claimed that he was just trying to protect his son, but no one would listen to him. Yoon Jin-won, a third-rate lawyer with no connections, no education, and little experience in major lawsuits, was asked to take the case as a court-appointed defense attorney. He, too, initially doubted Jae-ho's words, but as soon as he examined the case summary, he realized that there were several oddities in the operation records. There are 6 region codes. Typically, DVD players sold in one region is compatible only with DVD titles that are encoded for that region.

Such titles are indicated as "Format: HD DVD Twin Format" in item details page. *We'll add accurate information on regional encoding as they become available, but for the time-being, please assume that HD DVD titles available at CDJapan are encoded for Region-2.

Blu-ray

Blu-ray titles are playable only on Blu-ray players. They are not playable on conventional DVD players or HD DVD players. There are 3 region codes for Blu-rays as listed below, which are different from DVD region codes.
