Cinema Collection 2016" at Shinjuku Cinema Carite in July 2016. --In 1870, Jay ( Kodi Smit-McPhee ), the son of a Scottish nobleman, is in love with Rose ( Karen Pistorius ), the daughter of a peasant. Jay's father, furious at his mistaken love, tries to get rid of Rose, but is accidentally killed by her father. The wanted father and daughter end up on the run and end up in the Colorado Territory in the western part of the United States. Jay, who cannot forget Rose, chases after the father and daughter and heads for the frontier West. Jay hires Silas ( Michael Fassbender ), a bounty hunter who saved his life during a robbery, as a bouncer and they travel together. Silas learns that a bounty of $2,000 is being offered for the Roses, and he tries to take advantage of Jay's knowledge of the father and daughter's whereabouts.

There are 6 region codes. Typically, DVD players sold in one region is compatible only with DVD titles that are encoded for that region.

Blu-ray

Blu-ray titles are playable only on Blu-ray players. They are not playable on conventional DVD players or HD DVD players. There are 3 region codes for Blu-rays as listed below, which are different from DVD region codes.
