Description

[Machine Translation] Nao and Noritake Kinashi play a father and son! The story is filled with laughter and emotion, depicting the three months between the death of a daughter (who will get married in 3 months) and her father (who will die in 3 months), as the father and daughter, who have supported each other despite their opposition, realize their lists of "things to do before marriage" and "things to do before death". The film co-stars Tatsuya Fukazawa, Ai Mikami, Ken Mitsuishi, Mariko Tsutsui, Satomi Kobayashi, Gaku Hamada, and a cast of young and veteran actors with rich personalities, all of whom play essential roles for the father and daughter. The script is an original work by Yasushi Fukuda, who has produced numerous hit TV dramas, including "HERO" (Fuji Television Network), the television series "Manpuku" (NHK), and the historical drama "Ryoma-den" (NHK). --Hitomi Shiina (Nao), a midwife, lost her mother when she was six years old, and for the past 22 years she and her father Masahiko (Kinashi Noritake) have supported each other despite their mutual opposition. She takes pride in her work as a midwife and feels happy every day. Masahiko, on the other hand, is a stubborn and unprecedented free spirit. On New Year's Day in the year 2024, the two have a mutual report and decide to make their announcement at the same time. On New Year's Day in the year 2024, Hitomi confesses that she will get married in three months, and Masahiko confesses that he will die in three months, leaving both of them in shock. Masahiko is vehemently opposed to the marriage when he learns that Hitomi's boyfriend, Kazuma Kawakami (Gaku Hamada), is a failed comedian who is 10 years older than her. Hitomi also assumes that Masahiko's confession that he has stage 4 pancreatic cancer is a lie, and insists that she will definitely marry him despite his opposition.
