Description

[Machine Translation] A film starring Hiroe Igata, who is widely active in TV dramas and variety shows! Veteran director Imazeki, who has a reputation for directing young actors, has created a humanistic comedy film set in Kamaishi City that will cheer up Japan, a story of a family's rebirth! Kamaishi Ramen Story" on sale. Starring Hiroe Igeta, who has been remarkably active as an actor and variety MC since her appearance in "Masked Rider Zero One" in 2020, she gives a lively performance as Masami, the sister who causes turmoil in her life. The younger sister, Nakara, who is caught in a dilemma between her father and sister, is played by the up-and-coming actor Akina Ikeda, who has a number of starring roles lined up. The father is played by veteran actor Tsuyoshi Riju. The cast is surrounded by actors of rich individuality, including Yumiko Fujita, Hiroaki Murakami, Hinako Saeki, and Yoko Oshima. Under the guidance of a local theater company, the entire play was performed in the Kamaishi dialect. This film also marks the film debut of Ryu Sasaki, a new actor from Kamaishi. --The father and sister run a ramen shop, "Ogawa Shokudo" in Kamaishi, when their eldest daughter, Masami (Hiroe Igata), who ran away from home three years ago and has not been heard from since, suddenly returns home. She returns and immediately tells her younger sister, Nakara (Akana Ikeda), who is standing in the kitchen, that "You can't bring out the taste of our mother's cooking! Thus begins the sisters' struggle to make the best bowl of ramen, without their father's help, in order to approach their mother's taste!
