[Machine Translation] Life wasn't thrown away. He picked up a plane ticket under a vending machine and his life started moving. A man with no money, no good looks, and only a dream of "becoming an actor," he gets the power to be "picked up" by others, rises up the acting ladder, and flies to the land of his dreams, America, to save his brother, who he once "abandoned"! This is a human comedy full of the funny side of life, written by Satoshi Matsuo (actor), written by Shin Adachi, and starring Taiga Nakano. The main character, Satoshi Matsudo, is played by Taga Nakano, one of the hottest young actors of the moment, and his brother Takeshi is played by Tsuyoshi Kusanagi. The cast includes Sari Ito as Yui Higa, the woman of Satoshi's dreams. Directed by Tsuyoshi Inoue, director of the NHK drama series "Amachan" and the NHK historical drama "Idaten: Tokyo Olimpic Story", and written by Shin Adachi, director of the film "Hyakuen no Koi" and "Kigeki: Aisai Tsuma Monogatari". --The script was written by Shin Adachi, who also wrote the movie "Hyakuen no Koi" (One Hundred Yen's Love) and "Kigeki Aizuma Monogatari" (A Comedy: A Wife's Tale). With the idea that he would gain something if he went to Tokyo, he moved from Kansai to Omotesando, Tokyo, where his childhood friend lived. While his childhood friend is leading a fulfilling life, Satoshi is poor and unable to find a way to become an actor. The owner of the ticket is the president of an entertainment agency! Admonition, who was picked up by an unexpected "karma," works as a driver for a popular actress while working part-time at a video rental store at night. These life encounters eventually led to the development of Satoshi Matsudo, an actor whose face is often seen on TV and in movies. Then, he receives a phone call from the U.S. after appearing in a movie that was released in the U.S. He thought it was an offer from Hollywood. He thought it was an offer from Hollywood, but it was news about his estranged brother... The first 10 installments of the series. A special 16-page booklet will be included.

There are 6 region codes. Typically, DVD players sold in one region is compatible only with DVD titles that are encoded for that region.

HD DVD

HD DVDs titles are playable only on HD DVD players. They are not playalbe on conventional DVD players or Blu-ray players. Such titles are indicated as "Format: HD DVD Twin Format" in item details page. *We'll add accurate information on regional encoding as they become available, but for the time-being, please assume that HD DVD titles available at CDJapan are encoded for Region-2.

Blu-ray

Blu-ray titles are playable only on Blu-ray players. They are not playable on conventional DVD players or HD DVD players. There are 3 region codes for Blu-rays as listed below, which are different from DVD region codes.

SACD (Super Audio CD)
