Description

[Machine Translation] Miki Asakura celebrates her 40th anniversary! This is a collection of covers of songs from her career as a singer, focusing on the theme songs of TV dramas, which is also her starting point. One new song, "The breath of life," is included as a special 40th anniversary track. The lyrics were written by Goro Matsui, who also translated "RUNAWAY" and has known the singer for nearly 40 years. The song is composed by Mayo Shono, who has been a singer with Miki Asakura for almost 40 years, and is a song that overlaps with the "present" of Miki Asakura, who is not a "hero" in her own right, but a woman in her own right. Guest vocalists include Mayo Shono, Akemi Ishii, and Chikako Sawada, adding to the gorgeous chorus. Another special track is the FIRST TAKE version of "HOLDING OUT FOR A HERO," a true one-shot recording! The singer's voice is still the same, or rather, more powerful than ever, as he celebrates his 40th anniversary. CD 1-3 are original recordings of the time, all others are new recordings.
