Set in Tokyo under the martial law that collapsed after the Great Kanto Earthquake, this entertaining film depicts the "Kameido Incident", "Amakasu Incident", and "Korean Massacre" that took place amidst the chaos, with a thrilling and suspenseful production. --On September 1, 1923, an unprecedented earthquake hit the Kanto region. Many people were affected, and martial law was declared amidst the chaos. The military, which had been planning to wipe out socialism for some time, took advantage of this opportunity to detain and kill many socialists, anarchists, and Koreans, culminating in the arrest and murder of Sakae Osugi. Comrades and students were outraged by this atrocity. The young man Furukawa also strengthened his resolve to overthrow the military. He raided banks to raise funds for his activities, and plotted the assassination of General Fukuda, the commander-in-chief of the Martial Law Department. A comrade prepares a bomb made from dynamite, and the plan is about to be carried out, but an attempt is foiled when a meeting at the War Ministry is held later than planned. There are 6 region codes. Typically, DVD players sold in one region is compatible only with DVD titles that are encoded for that region.

Blu-ray

Blu-ray titles are playable only on Blu-ray players. They are not playable on conventional DVD players or HD DVD players. There are 3 region codes for Blu-rays as listed below, which are different from DVD region codes.
