This is a film adaptation of Toshiyuki Kajiyama's controversial novel, which was banned in Japan for its naked depiction of the lives of night hostesses in Ginza, and which is based on the activities of the "woman police," an unknown profession that unites the night hostesses of Ginza. --Bonfire is the head of personnel and security at Akatsuki Kogyo, a company that owns seven cabarets and bars in Ginza. He is well respected by the hostesses and is also called the "women's police. One day, Kujima, the husband of former hostess Chiyoko, dies in a mysterious car accident. Knowing that her best friend Kujima had been covering a dangerous case, Bonn and Kato, who runs a credit agency, set out to investigate the incident. Then, Kodaira, the president of Dawn Kogyo, receives an offer from Takarabe, the president of Taiho Kanko, to buy his club for 500 million yen. Kohei becomes suspicious and orders Bonfire to conduct a thorough investigation. It soon came to light that Okawa and Fujishiro of the Public Corporation for Land Development were among Akiko's customers. Akiko, who was being kept in Okawa's circle... Blu-ray

Blu-ray titles are playable only on Blu-ray players. They are not playable on conventional DVD players or HD DVD players. There are 3 region codes for Blu-rays as listed below, which are different from DVD region codes.
