Description

[Machine Translation] [This is a unique chivalric epic dramatically depicting how the daughter of a kimono merchant in the early Showa period (early Showa era) becomes a female gangster in pursuit of revenge against her father and the only man who ever embraced her in his life, and how she steps into the world of chivalry with a flaming dragon tattoo to take her revenge. This is the first starring role for Kyoko Enami at Toei, and she gives a brilliant performance in the iron fire and in the sword fight, showing off her soft skin and the tattoo of a flaming dragon. The film also features a splendid supporting cast including Hiroki Matsukata, Shigeru Amachi, Fumio Watanabe, and Kanjuro Arashi, and under the megaphone of director Yutaka Kato, the world of a female watasejin is vividly unfolded.

HD DVD

Blu-ray

Blu-ray titles are playable only on Blu-ray players. They are not playable on conventional DVD players or HD DVD players. There are 3 region codes for Blu-rays as listed below, which are different from DVD region codes.

DVD-Audio

DVD-Audios are playable only on DVD-Audio players and DVD players that are compatible with DVD-Audios (to find out for sure, consult the manual of your DVD player, or look for DVD-Audio logo). DVD-Audios are not playable on regular DVD players or CD players.

SACD (Super Audio CD)

SACDs are playable only on SACD players, and will not play on regular CD players. On the other hand, SACD Hybrid disc has a layer that is playable also on regular CD payers. Such titles are indicated as "Format: SACD-Hybrid" in item details page.
