Description

[Machine Translation] The popular series starring Azusa Mano, which ran for a total of 34 episodes on Nippon Television's "Tuesday Suspense Theater" from November 1986 to July 2005, is getting its long-awaited first soft adaptation. The story follows Ayuko Takabayashi, a lawyer at the Kusashika Law Office, as she and Shinpei Takemori, an investigator, work together to get to the bottom of a case and solve it while defending a suspect in the case. The exquisite dialogue between the three characters, Ayuko Takabayashi, Shinpei Takemori, and Tatsunosuke Kusashika, the head of the office, and the way the alibis of difficult cases are broken one after another, became popular and was loved by viewers for 19 years. The cast includes Azusa Mano as the main character, Takabayashi Ayuko, Isao Hashizume as Takemori Shinpei, and Tetsuro Tanba as the warden, Kusashika Tatsunosuke, as well as other splendid guests. A commentary will be included (tentative). The title will be changed to "Lawyer Ayuko Takabayashi" from the 24th work.

1986年11月〜2005年7月、日本テレビ系「火曜サスペンス劇場」にて全34作が放送された眞野あずさ主演の人気シリーズが、待望の初ソフト化。草鹿法律事務所に所属する弁護士・高林鮎子が、調査員の竹森慎平とともに、事件の被疑者の弁護を受けながら、事件の真相に迫り解決していく物語。登場キャラクターの高林鮎子、竹森慎平、所長・草鹿達之介の3人の絶妙な掛け合いと、難事件のアリバイを次々と崩していく展開が人気となり、19年にわたってお茶の間に愛された。キャストは、主人公・高林鮎子に眞野あずさ、竹森慎平には適役の橋爪功、所長・草鹿達之介役に丹波哲郎が扮するほか、各回の豪華ゲストも注目を集めた。DVD第4弾は、第19作〜第24作を収録。解説書付 (予定)。※第24作からは「弁護士高林鮎子」に改題となります。

Blu-ray titles are playable only on Blu-ray players. They are not playable on conventional DVD players or HD DVD players. There are 3 region codes for Blu-rays as listed below, which are different from DVD region codes.
