Description

The popular series starring Azusa Mano, with all thirty-four episodes broadcast from November 1986 to July 2005 on the Nippon TV program "Kayou Suspense Gekijo", is released for the first time on home video. This story follows Ayuko Takabayashi, an attorney belonging to the Kusaka Law Office, who, together with investigator Shinpei Takemori, approaches and solves the truth of cases while undertaking the defense of suspects. The exquisite interactions among the three characters Ayuko Takabayashi, Shinpei Takemori, and the director Tatsunosuke Kusaka, as well as the development in which the alibis of difficult cases are broken one after another, became popular and were loved by viewers for nineteen years. The cast features Azusa Mano as the protagonist Ayuko Takabayashi, Isao Hashizume as the perfectly cast Shinpei Takemori, and Tetsuro Tamba as Tatsunosuke Kusaka, along with luxurious guest appearances in each episode. The long-awaited second DVD volume contains episodes 7 through 12 and comes with a 16-page booklet.

Blu-ray

Blu-ray titles are playable only on Blu-ray players. They are not playable on conventional DVD players or HD DVD players. There are 3 region codes for Blu-rays as listed below, which are different from DVD region codes.
