Description

[Machine Translation] There is no one in this country who can judge me... A true drama that takes a sharp scalpel to the so-called "fixer mastermind," a shadowy figure who manipulates the political, business, and violent worlds. Kunimune Yamaoka, who, along with President Hirayama, is also known as Japan's mastermind and shadow prime minister, is being pursued by the Tokyo District Public Prosecutors Office in connection with a fraud case involving alleged aircraft sales. Kansai mastermind Kogawauchi plans to use this opportunity to bury Yamaoka, establish a new prime minister, and seize power. The dark struggle between the two major East-West fixers intensified into a bloody war between the yakuza and murderous gangs under their control. Eventually, Yamaoka, who claims that his dictionary does not contain a negative word, stands before the National Diet for questioning as a witness.

私を裁ける者は、この国にはいない――政界、財界、暴力社会を操る影の大物<黒幕=フィクサー>と呼ばれる存在に、鋭いメスを入れた迫真の男のドラマ。平山総裁とともに、日本の黒幕とも影の総理ともいわれている山岡邦盟が、航空機売り込み疑惑に絡む不正事件で東京地検の追及を受けていた。関西の黒幕・小河内は、これを機に、山岡を葬って新総理を立ち上げ、権力をもぎ取ろうと画策。東西二大フィクサーの暗闘は、配下のヤクザ組織、殺人集団の血みどろの抗争となって激化していった。やがて、己の辞書の負の字はないとする山岡は、国会証人尋問に立つ――。

HD DVD

HD DVDs titles are playable only on HD DVD players. They are not playalbe on conventional DVD players or Blu-ray players. On the other hand, Twin Format disc has a layer that is playable also on conventional DVD players. Such titles are indicated as "Format: HD DVD Twin Format" in item details page. *We'll add accurate information on regional encoding as they become available, but for the time-being, please assume that HD DVD titles available at CDJapan are encoded for Region-2.

Blu-ray

Blu-ray titles are playable only on Blu-ray players. They are not playable on conventional DVD players or HD DVD players. There are 3 region codes for Blu-rays as listed below, which are different from DVD region codes.

DVD-Audio

DVD-Audios are playable only on DVD-Audio players and DVD players that are compatible with DVD-Audios (to find out for sure, consult the manual of your DVD player, or look for DVD-Audio logo). DVD-Audios are not playable on regular DVD players or CD players.

SACD (Super Audio CD)

SACDs are playable only on SACD players, and will not play on regular CD players. On the other hand, SACD Hybrid disc has a layer that is playable also on regular CD payers. Such titles are indicated as "Format: SACD-Hybrid" in item details page.
