Description

[Machine Translation] In "The Invisible Witness," a former police officer pursues a serial murder case of high school girls using sensory clues other than sight. The film is an authentic thriller that appeals to all five senses, making full use of sight as well as the senses of feeling and smell. The lead role is played by Riho Yoshioka, a popular and talented actress. This is her second film as a leading actress and her first challenge in a thriller film, and she is taking on the difficult role with her wholehearted preparation and acting. Haruma Kunisaki, another witness who helps Natsume and serves as her eye, is played by Mahiro Takasugi, a young actor who has starred in a succession of high-profile films. In addition, a talented cast including Koji Okura, Kodai Asaka, Jun Kunimura, Miyuki Matsuda, and Tomorowo Taguchi are deeply involved in the story of Natsume and her friends, giving the film its compelling power. --Natsume Hamanaka (Riho Yoshioka), a promising police officer who has lost her eyesight and her precious younger brother in an accident caused by her own negligence, is in the depths of despair when she is involved in a car accident one night. Natsume hears the voice of a young girl calling for help from inside a moving car, but the police refuse to listen to her plea. Convinced that it is a kidnapping case, Natsume searches for another witness, Haruma Kunisaki ( Mahiro Takasugi ), who was at the scene. Natsume is blind and does not see the kidnapper, while Haruma is a skateboarder who saw the kidnapper but did not notice the girl. The two "invisible witnesses" work hard to investigate the case and uncover a series of bizarre murders of high school girls. The murderer attacks without mercy. Can they save the abducted girls in the face of a desperate threat?
