Description

[Machine Translation] I-dep, the first album in two years from producer Hiroshi Nakamura's solo project I-dep, is an album packed with Nakamura's own creativity, breaking down all the barriers of existing musical genres. The familiar melodies of I-dep's earlier work are turned into tracks that are full of surprises and discoveries. The chemistry between I-dep and his guest vocalists and MCs is also evident, making the entire album an enjoyable experience. The song, which features Shing02, who continues his multifaceted activities as a rapper as well as a singer, is a song overflowing with Nakamura's emotions as a father of a child in Japan after the earthquake and tsunami. Ryutaro Makino, a highly acclaimed jazz vocalist, has also contributed lyrics to the song, creating a strong chemical reaction. Yumeiroecho's light, feminine vocals surprise I-dep fans, while at the same time expressing a worldview that is familiar only to I-dep. A producer, songwriter, and DJ, Hiroshi Nakamura is a music project that travels freely in every genre. Hiroshi Nakamura is a music project by Hiroshi Nakamura, a producer, songwriter, and DJ. He started I-dep in London at the turn of the millennium, and has deepened exchanges with musicians such as Gota Yashiki, and produced music with Elen Nasciment and others. His music was released on analog vinyl by IRMA records in Italy, and was highly acclaimed by early listeners in Japan and abroad. After returning to Japan, Nakamura personally approached street musicians and established I-dep as a band, and in 2009 the band disbanded. In addition to performing live at large-scale festivals in Japan such as Festa de I-dep and SUMMER SONIC, they have also performed at South By Southwest (SXSW) in the U.S.A.

DVD

There are 6 region codes. Typically, DVD players sold in one region is compatible only with DVD titles that are encoded for that region.

HD DVD

HD DVDs titles are playable only on HD DVD players. They are not playalbe on conventional DVD players or Blu-ray players. On the other hand, Twin Format disc has a layer that is playable also on conventional DVD players. Such titles are indicated as "Format: HD DVD Twin Format" in item details page. *We'll add accurate information on regional encoding as they become available, but for the time-being, please assume that HD DVD titles available at CDJapan are encoded for Region-2.

Blu-ray

Blu-ray titles are playable only on Blu-ray players. They are not playable on conventional DVD players or HD DVD players. There are 3 region codes for Blu-rays as listed below, which are different from DVD region codes.

SACD (Super Audio CD)

SACDs are playable only on SACD players, and will not play on regular CD players. On the other hand, SACD Hybrid disc has a layer that is playable also on regular CD payers. Such titles are indicated as "Format: SACD-Hybrid" in item details page.
