Description

DVD release of the stage play "Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba 5: Shugeki Katanakaji no Sato." Comes with a bonus disc featuring making-of footage, backstage footage and more. Slipcase & digi jacket packaging. Also includes a booklet. / The stage adaptation of the manga "Kimetsu no Yaiba" by Koyoharu Gotoge, serialized in Weekly Shonen Jump until May 2020, will be performed in Tokyo and Hyogo in April 2025. --The time is Taisho era, Japan. One day, a kind-hearted boy named Tanjiro, who sells charcoal, has his whole family killed by demons. Furthermore, his sister Nezuko, the only survivor, is transformed into an ogre. Tanjiro is devastated by this hopeless reality, but he decides to become a "demon hunter" in order to return his sister to human form and avenge the demons that killed his family. He decides to go to the village of swordsmiths. Tanjiro, Zenitsu, and Inosuke, along with Uzui Tengen, an oto-bashira, defeat the Jogen no Roku, Dakki and Giutaro. While returning to his duties after recovering from the wounds he sustained in the deadly battle, Tanjiro visits Hotaru Yoroizuka in search of a new sword. However, the village of the swordsmith, hidden from the eyes of the demons, has been secretly invaded by Jogen no Shi, Hantengu and Jogen no Go, Gyokko. The two are now in the village and are in the middle of a fight. In order to protect the swordsmiths living in the village, Tanjiro, Nezuko, and Genya Shinazugawa, who are there to fight back desperately. They put their well-trained skills to the test and put their all into killing the evil demons. On the other hand, Kibuzuchi Muzan, who could not hide his intense frustration and impatience at the killing of the first Kagen no Oni in about 100 years, urgently summoned the remaining Kagen no Oni to his home base, MUGEN Castle. What appeared were the strongest demons under Mugen's command: Jogen no San, Akaza, Jogen no Shi, Doma and Jogen no Ichi, Kokushibo...! The fate of humans and demons is about to get even more complicated....

Blu-ray

Blu-ray titles are playable only on Blu-ray players. They are not playable on conventional DVD players or HD DVD players. There are 3 region codes for Blu-rays as listed below, which are different from DVD region codes.
