Jaka Jaan feat. C&K / NAKAMA feat. AIZeddGreat Dragon Ball single
This is a great single for those that like Dragon Ball Diama or like to collect singles. The sound quality is crystal clear and the packaging is quite attractive. Considering it only runs for about 15 minutes, the CD is somewhat expensive, but in the end, this is something only collectors would buy. If you really like the opening and ending songs, I highly recommend this CD.

"Wonderful Precure!" Original Soundtrack 2 Precure Eternal Sound!!Animation Soundtrack (Music by Erika Fukasawa, et al.)Fukasawa on fire again
The hugely talented Erica Fukasawa provides another excellent soundtrack for the Precure franchise. Wonderful Precure OST 2 is full of upbeat energy, with the full statement of Cure Nyammy and Cure Lillian's transformation an instant job-bringer. Like her Precure predecessors, Fukasawa is a genius at composing short but distinctive pieces that immediately express emotion in a sharp, clever manner. Loved every minute of this album.

Kirby and the Forgotten Land (Kirby Discovery) Complete Soundtrack [Limited Release Edition] [Kirby Portal Shop / Amazon.co.jp / Charaani Limited]Beautiful
The soundtrack and the frame arrived in excellent packaging and condition; the soundtrack is among the best the series has ever put out, and the picture frame is exquisite on the shelf. The fact that it plays a little song when wound up is charming as well. Overall a purchase that did not disappoint.

"The Boy and The Heron (How Do You Live?) (Anime)" Original SoundtrackAnimation Soundtrack (Music by Joe Hisaishi)I was pleasantly surprised by The record
When the movie came out last year, I had already bought the soundtrack CD of How You Want to Live Your Life. This time, I bought LP and listened to the song "Real People's Determination". Hisaishi-sensei composed music for Studio Ghibli films, and he still has the same skills as he did back then. I don't know if the two teachers, Joe Hisaishi and Hayao Miyazaki, will be able to work together next time, so I will cherish this album very much. What a good movie and a good soundtrack!

"The Boy and The Heron (How Do You Live?) (Anime)" Original SoundtrackAnimation Soundtrack (Music by Joe Hisaishi)Quiet and beautiful
I was impressed by the sound quality of this release. I was concerned about the quality right out of the packaging as I noticed scuffing and a piece of drilled out vinyl sitting on the playing surface on disc 2! I was concerned it scratched the disc creating pops, but thankfully it didn't! Hopefully no others have experienced this quality check fail. I'd recommend this release, the music from Joe Hisaishi is beautiful and transports you to a wonderful place.

"Wonderful Precure! (TV Anime)" Original Soundtrack 1 Pretty Cure Wonderful Sound!!Animation Soundtrack (Music by Erika Fukasawa, et al.)Erika Fukasawa Continues to Impress
Erika Fukasawa's score for Hirogaru Sky Precure was my favourite of 2023, and she's back for Wonderful Precure, with another beautiful soundtrack full of sweet, uplifting melodies. The transformation theme, often a Precure soundtrack highlight, is short but gorgeous, reflecting the irrepressible joy of Cure Wonderful. It's a musical endorphin rush; it immediately makes you feel great. Fukasawa, like her Precure predecessors, shows a real talent for crafting simple melodies that conjure pleasant everyday delight.

Pretty Guardian (Bishojo Senshi) Sailor Moon Crystal Character Song CollectionV.A.A very cute release with catchy songs
I hesitated with buying this album for a long time, because I usually like the classic Sailor Moon songs better, but in the end I was surprised by how much I found myself enjoying all the songs. This is a very nice collection of character songs for all the Inner Senshi, but also Tuxedo Mask and the villains. I liked that each song has its own unique sound and that there are different genres of music represented, which suits the characters' personalities in my opinion. My favourites were definitely the 'pair' songs Mayonaka Secret Talk and Stars On Stars - hearing the girls singing in duet was just so cute! I have to say that the jacket design is also extremely cute and well-designed, and the artwork is lovely. This is a really nice release overall and I can definitely recommend it even if you are mainly a fan of the 90's anime like me.

Tsukiiro Chainon [CD+Blu-ray / Eternal Edition]V.A.Best theme song
"Tsuki-iro Chainon" is definitely my favourite Crystal anime theme song and I knew I just had to get it on CD! It's a very catchy, very energetic song, and the new cover songs surprised me pleasantly, especially "Watashitachi no Naritakute" - it was always one of my favourite songs from the 90's Sailor Moon, so I was very happy about how good the cover was. All in all a very good CD with lovely songs both new and old fans can enjoy.

"Sailor Moon Cosmos (Theatrical Feature)" Theme Song Collection [CD+Blu-ray]AnimationNew and nostalgic
I knew had to buy this immediately when I saw that it contained new versions of "Nagareboshi He" and "Sailor Star Song", and I don't regret it at all. The cover songs are very lovingly made and the voice cast all have very good voices that suit the songs well, and the new theme song "Tsuki no Hana" is very catchy. I only wish there were more songs on this album, but I really loved this CD even with the short tracklist - it's such a nostalgic feeling to hear new versions of these old favourites again.

"Soaring Sky! Pretty Cure (Hirogaru Sky! Precure)" Vocal Album - FLY TOGETHER!!!!! -V.A.Soaring Songs (with Sora)
The Hirogaru Sky Precure vocal album is a gorgeous collection of songs. I wish they'd put out two vocal albums for each Precure season like they used to, but I can't complain about what we have. Somehow, and it might be my love of the show overly influencing me, but Precure songs are better than most pop songs. As a musical extension of the world of the show, these songs have a unique appeal that today's pop songs simply don't have. On this album we have another version of "Share Shite", sung by Ami Ishii, who also sings the magnificent Hirogaru Sky opening song, which is only present here in the TV size version. This is a sneaky bit of mischief that goes back at least to Mahoutsukai Precure, where the vocal album doesn't have the full version (or any version) of the OP and ED songs. So you either buy the single, or wait a year until the Vocal Best album comes out. Or, if you're as obsessed with Precure music as I am, do both.

Ureshikute / Tokimeki [w/ Blu-ray, Limited Edition]IkimonogakariCatchy and Heartwarming
Ending song from the movie Precure All Stars F. Be ready to have the refrain "Ureshikute kira kira..." stuck in your head for days. Great song, lovely melody, perfect way to end the movie.
