It's the first time I ordered from CDJapan, and it's also the first time I managed to grab a limited edition box Gazette album. I am truly impressed with both. The album is top tier, you can tell so much effort was put into the creation of this exquisite collectible. All the materials are great quality and the design is sooo pretty. And it's huge. I mean, a lot larger than I expected, it's such a center piece to any album collection! Congrats to Ruki and all members of the Gazette for creating another stellar album, and congrats to everyone who took part in the process, I am super impressed. As for CDJapan, again, I've never ordered from them before, but I can definitely recommend them now. The products were securely packaged, not a scratch on any of the products. I also got a bonus poster! The shipping was also quicker than I expected. There was an issue with the payment in my situation, the shipping turning out to be a little more expensive than the original amount that was charged because of the bigger size of the package. CDJapan contacted me promptly and I was offered the option to cancel my order or update the payment method. They really understood my situation and replied to my emails in such a timely manner! I'm happy with the customer support services they have provided in this situation! Great job everyone!!
