It would be nice if both original and romanized tracklists were available on the item page. They usually only show the songs that were originally written in western characters, and the other tracks show up blank. Also, sometimes it takes longer than the information provided for items to reach me, though I think it's probably my country's handling of the package that slows down the arrival.

the shippingcosts are quite expensive and I often have to pay extra tax. why don't coose 'gift' ?

CDJapan is the only store I use to buy Japanese music from. You have a good website and you usually have preorders available quickly. I also appreciate the timely processing of orders.
