Amrita ("Theatrical Feature: Tsubasa Chronicle - Torikago no Kuni no Himegimi" Main Theme)Yui MakinoBeautiful
After previewing the CD, I fell completely in love with "Jasmine" and promptly ordered it. "Amrita" and "You Are My Love" are equally good and all complement each other very well! If you're a fan of the music of this series, this is a must-buy.

Code Geass Lelouch Of The Rebellion Outro Theme: Yukyo SeishunkaALI PROJECTAnother catchy song
In typical Ali Project style, they deliver yet another addictive song that you won't get tired of looping for days. I was also pleased that they included a new version of Chinkon Shou, one of the songs on their Dilettante album.

.hack//G.U. Game Music O.S.T.Game MusicVast improvement
This is quite possibly one of the best OSTs (and game :D) that I have come across this year. Compared to the first .hack game OST, this one has a definite boost in sound quality and originality. I've noticed most of the tracks have a koto running through them, which provides only part of the heavier traditional Japanese sound that is simply refreshing. There's a lot more variety on this album, noticeably the Lost Ground tracks. All of them feature beautiful vocals and excellent melodies. Another thing I love are the Avatar Battle tracks. Each of them are different (for each Phase) and feature a great modernized sound. Have I mentioned the battle music is AWESOME? And yes, the bells are back from the first game, which surprised me. I could go on and on, but I won't XD Take my advice and give the .hack//GU games and music the second chance they deserve!!!

Anata to Mita YoruMasaki ToriyamaAwesome album
Masaki Toriyama's talent really shines through in this album. If you have ever bought an album and liked every single song on the CD, then this is one of them. The CD opens with "Shuraru" which is always a pleasure to listen to and one of my favorite Toriyama songs by far. The rest of the tracks are paced very well and the varying tempos will keep you listening until the very end. Songs are usually slow- to medium-paced, so you don't have anything too upbeat or fast. The instrumentation mostly consists of pianos, guitars, and synthesizers, all used in different ways, so no two songs will sound exactly the same. My only gripe with this album was Track 6, "I Don't Want to Wait." While I'm sure that Toriyama must have had her reasons for performing this song, not every Japanese artist can sing English very well. I would rather she included a different song instead, but that's just my opinion. If you like quiet, relaxing, and inspirational music, then this album is for you.
