The album itself is enjoyable, and anyone purchasing it is probably already familiar with the music. The packaging is excellent and reflects the high-quality presentation we’ve come to expect from Japanese CD releases. Unfortunately, the main issue is the sound quality. The mastering is excessively loud and heavily compressed, to the point where it almost sounds distorted at times. As a result, it’s quite fatiguing and unpleasant to listen to.

Hi, I know that this issue carries a new Remaster. Can anyone comment on the Quality of this ? is it nice or is it too loud and compress ? Thanks !

Such great album - But I wonder, why no Extra Sleeve, The American one with the Octopus in the Jar... I thought this is the new Standard after The Rod Stewart SHM cd's... Pitty...

This is Rod Stewart best album. I know people tend to prefer his next three. but for me this, first album is his greatest. full of Passion and great arrangements - classic for early "Vertigo" seekers.
