FO-8 Shadow Liner Brush / Chikuhodo FO Series / Silver FoxMakeup BrushUnder-eye contouringIt’s perfect for under-eye makeup. Honestly, I felt that it was a bit rougher compared to high-end goat hair or cat hair brushes, but it worked really well for applying makeup under the eyes

T-8 Eye Shadow Brush S / Chikuhodo Takumi Series / Goat SaikohoMakeup BrushgoodHonestly, I didn’t notice a huge difference in the bristle quality between the Koyudo brushes. But both are good brushes. I planned to use them for nose contouring, but since I don’t usually do shading, I didn’t use them much. Still, they’re soft, and the performance is pretty good

S-5 Eyeshadow Brush/ Eihodo WP Series / High grade Gray SquirrelMakeup BrushThe brush bristles are a bit roughI expected this brush to be very soft and have great color payoff because I remember it’s made with high-quality squirrel hair. Honestly, the bristles from brands like Hakuhodo or Hakuso (or other brands that use their OEMs) are softer, provide better pigmentation, and are easier to control. This brush was disappointing in many ways, and it’s one I don’t reach for often.

[Outlet / No returns allowed] No.308 Eyebrow Brush / Water BadgerMakeup Brushthis is the worstI’ve bought countless brushes, but this is the worst one I’ve ever had. The size was exactly what I wanted, but the bristles are terrible. First of all, the bristles are rough, stiff, and painful. I even washed and dried it, hoping it would get better, but it’s still so harsh. What’s even more frustrating is that, despite hurting me, the performance is awful. It just drags my brow shadow around, creates fallout, and doesn’t pick up or apply the color at all

[Outlet / No returns allowed] No.404 Blush Brush / Gray SquirrelMakeup Brushsoft butAs expected from a brush made with blue squirrel hair, it's very soft. However, when it comes to size and performance, it's a bit lacking for use as a blush brush
-
[Outlet / No returns allowed] No.455 Eyeshadow Brush / HorseMakeup Brushsofter than I expectedI bought this because it’s affordable and I planned to use it as a lip balm brush at night. It was softer than any pony hair brushes I own—so soft that I almost feel like it’s too nice to use casually. I’m thinking of trying it for eyeshadow next. I’m excited to see how it works

[Outlet / No returns allowed] No.484 Eyeshadow BrushMakeup BrushgoodIt’s soft, and the performance is pretty good. The price is reasonable too! I bought it to use for point blush, and I’m satisfied because it turned out better than I expected
-
[Outlet / No returns allowed] No.485 Eyeshadow Brush / Goat SokohoMakeup Brushnot badConsidering the outlet price, it's not a bad brush. The bristles are relatively soft, and it's not worse than other brush brands
-
[Outlet / No returns allowed] No.488 Shadow Liner BrushMakeup BrushhmmmThe price is reasonable, but it's actually thinner than I expected. I was thinking of using it as a lip brush, but there’s too little bristle density, so I need to think more about how to use it.
-
S-4 Blending Brush/ Eihodo WP Series Makeup Brush / GoatMakeup BrushhmmFrom my personal opinion, I didn’t really like it. It might be because the size is small, but I didn’t feel like the brush quality or performance was anything special.
-
[Outlet / No returns allowed] No.137 Powder Brush / Gray SquirrelMakeup Brushsoft but...This brush is very soft, but the pigmentation is weak. Also, because it’s made from blue squirrel hair, if you apply foundation and use this brush right after, it gets clogged. So, I wouldn’t really recommend it.

Ksz-05(KK-4) Eye Shadow Brush Small / KOYUDO Kakishibuzome Series / Goat Saikoho(Kakishibuzome)Makeup Brushso softIt's the perfect size for applying base shadow. Plus, the thickness is just right. The performance is great, and it's softer than most other brushes. I highly recommend it
-
[Outlet / No returns allowed] Saikoho Cheek Brush WhiteMakeup BrushThe price is very reasonable. The price is so reasonable that I ended up buying it quickly along with other brushes. I would recommend it to beginners who tend to buy expensive brushes with poor quality just because they trust makeup brands

Koyudo Black Large Eye Shadow BrushMakeup BrushgoodI think it would have been easier to control if the brush size were a bit smaller. I was surprised when I first received it because it was stiff, almost like a calligraphy brush. To use it, I had to wash and dry it first, but since summer has come and I’m not using cream shadows, I haven’t started using it yet. I hope it works well once I do

Koyomo nadeshiko Pearl Pink Shadow Brush / Goat Haku-ototsuho YomoMakeup BrushhmmmI had high hopes, but it was just okay. I bought this brush because it’s made with some high-quality goat hair, but it didn’t impress me. It wasn’t that soft, and the performance wasn’t anything special either. Honestly, it wasn’t even that soft.

Koyomo nadeshiko Pearl Pink Flat Shadow Brush / Goat Haku-ototsuho YomoMakeup BrushhmmmI had high hopes, but it was just okay. I bought this brush because it’s made with some high-quality goat hair, but it didn’t impress me. It wasn’t that soft, and the performance wasn’t anything special either. Honestly, it wasn’t even that soft.

B-EB-02 Eyebrow Smadger Brush / BISYODO Series / Cat(Brown)Makeup BrushexcellentIt’s great for eyeliner and eyebrows. The brush is incredibly soft, yet the performance is excellent. I’d love to buy another one, but I’m so curious, I think I’ll try another product from this brand instead
-
B-ES-05 Eye Shadow Brush / BISYODO Series / Pine Squirrel, KolinskyMakeup BrushgoodIt's great for highlighter! While it works well as a base shadow brush, it really shines when used with shimmer shadows or highlighter for better performance

G-C-01 Blush Brush Brush / BISYODO GRAND Series / Gray SquirrelMakeup BrushgoodI really commend myself for buying it quickly before the price went up. Now that the price has increased, it's a hassle to buy internationally because of customs fees. I once got a message from customs saying they were holding my package because it exceeded $150. I had to explain to everyone that the price, after discounts, was actually under $150. It’s a shame because there are still so many brushes I want, but I can't buy them because of the customs fees

G-HC-01 Highlight Blush Brush / BISYODO GRAND Series / Gray SquirrelMakeup BrushgoodIs there ever a chance that a Bisho-do brush could disappoint me? I really trust Bisho-do. I love it so much. I hope the craftsmen who make this series live a long, healthy life so they can keep making these for many more years.
