Squirrel soft
I was expecting amazing things of the FO series and my expectations were exceeded. This brush is every bit as soft and silky as my Chikuhodo Z series brushes but with a density and resilience from the fox bristles that is reminiscent of high quality goat. I wish I had a saibikoho goat brush to compare this to because I’m imagining the feel is quite similar: impossible softness without the fragility. I’ve always disliked slanted face shader brushes because the larger surface area is irritating to my skin and overdeposits pigment when it’s goat and doesn’t blend enough when it’s squirrel, and this is the first brush of this shape that I’ve enjoyed. Love it!
